Well as you know Son, I have an Anxiety Disorder that has been compared to a furnace with a faulty thermostat, so medication for that and panick attacks are a must for me. I also like music, dancing, writing and my art when the mood strikes. Driving in the country, sports, reading. Playing video games with you and your brother. Dirtbiking, going to the movies, walking. I find listening to others theraputic and somewhat relaxing. Playing my guitars and feeding, rescuing strays, you included

I have, in the past, sent myself to a psychiatric facility as stress had caused me to be a danger to myself. However, having weaned myself off a dreadful cocktail of drugs, I have not had to resort to any of those means for many years. I find that my daughter, grand daughter and pets keep me sane. I met the most amazing American man who came to SA to meet me, gave up everything he owned to marry me and stay here - so the major reason that I get over depression so quickly these days and without taking drugs, is my incredible husband!
