At the stroke of midnight on the new years eve, 2007. I made a resolution and hope that many others will follow suite. My resolution is to live as my ancestors did with the kindness in my heart for all things and in doing so, PAY IT FORWARD. There are times in our lives when someone does a random act of kindness. Instead of paying them back in the monetary sense of the word, my resolution is to pay it forward by helping three other individuals with a challenge in their lives. In turn, those three people pay it forward by doing the same and we begin to have random acts of kindness. If you care to join me in this resolution, send me a message. I am beginning a new group to tell our stories in order to instill hope in the weary... Join me... The group is still under review with care2 but should be up in a few days. Until then, feel free to send me your stories. I am very interested in hearing them... Peace and many blessing in the new year my friends.

Wishing you a Blessed New Year!

Greetings everyone. I hope all is well in your own little respective corners of this Earth Mother of ours.
I am digging myself out after having been snowed in for the last two days.
Gonna get out and enjoy walking dogs in the rain again instead of sliding around on the ice.
Hello Everyone I hope everyone's Holiday is going real well.....
Many Blessings,
Waya Yonega
Hello everyone,
I have not been very active on care2 or even the computer lately except for emptying my junk mail and working on a poster for school. Classes ended a month ago and I did well. After that, I worked as an intern on a project here in north western South Dakota for about three weeks. I assisted on a project around the North Cave Hills below some abandon uranium mines. We were using a geoprobe to take sediment samples in the watershed areas. The project has a website at http://cavehills.org/index.html, and also The Defenders of the Black Hills also have some information on this area and the uranium mines at http://www.defendblackhills.org/article.php?list=type&type=18.
After this first three weeks, I took my family camping. On Monday, I will be starting my first class for the summer, Field Ecology. I hope everyone is having a great summer.

The other night for our "date" my husband and I went on a night hike up in the foothills. Heard all kinds of critters. When it's dark and no one's around, even a tiny quail rustling in the bushes can sound like a mountain lion!
Hi Ya'll-
Sunny and gorgeous here in California!! 80 degrees where I'm at! Hope you have a beautiful day and week!
