I think pet overpopulation is a big crisis facing the entire US. Stricter spay and neuter laws could help in changing since less animals will be born homeless. Anyone please share your thoughts on this issue or another.
I am about to have a meeting with a few government officials and the Head of the Department of Agriculture and I would like to discuss with them the concerns and what is important to others in our community. I think one issue I am going to mention is asking to develop a bill that would help the pet overpopulation crisis, such as stricter spay and neuter law that are strictly enforced. I would love other ideas to bring up.
