Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers has offered a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for shooting an arrow through a cat's head.

As an animal lover,i cannot imagine what would posess someone to do such a thing. Unfortunately there are millions of sub-humans in this world. I hope they can find this pathetic individual who comitted this atrocity and put him in jail.

Defineatly people in that area need to search the Barbarian who did this unfathomable horrific crime against this innocent cat. Who ever it may be that individual should suffer the agonizing lengthy horrific inflictings when his/her time comes to die.
