A man from Illinois was recently charged with animal cruelty. He is accused of shooting and killing a defenseless cat with a B.B. gun. Tell the judges of St. Clair County to give this man the maximum penalty possible.

Signed. When WILL someone in law enforcement grasp the nettle and lock these kinds of people up. Everyone knows that animal abusers will attack any vulnerable living thing and ultimately kill serially. If the law doesn't care about animals (and they usually do not) then they should at least forese the grim future.
