Boy is the inspiration for Children's Hope and Voice formation. Next psyc evaluation due at age 12. Turned 12 on Dec 29th. Complaints start in court doc on Jan 04. How can probation be violated when he's still incarcerated in an inpatient treatment fac?

Possible great news for a child near and dear to many hearts:
Probation violation sentencing for boy charged in 2008 double murder in St. Johns delayed

"ST. JOHNS, AZ - A clinical psychologist who has been meeting with an Arizona boy sentenced on a negligent homicide charge testified Friday that he sees improvement in the boy and even offered up his own home for continued treatment.

Dr. Alan Lewis has been treating the 12-year-old boy for months..."

"...He testified that he doesn't believe the boy is a risk and would take him into foster care if he could be granted an emergency license to do so, according to the boy's attorney, Ron Wood."

Everybody prayer and keep your fingers and toes crossed that this option works out for CR.
Some good news...

Quote from the new upload on the Apache Co. High Profile case website:

"The Court would also like the facility to know that there is a large family who wants to be involved with the child and is open to visits and day passes"
