I will pray for Leigh,that she will heal from her injuries. I will also pray her dog Sam will be found and is safe.

I am asking for prayer for my sister Brenda. She has severe cataracts. It is so bad that right now she is blind in one eye and can barely see out of the other. She will be having eye surgery on Oct 20 at 1230pm to remove the cataracts from the worst eye. She will have surgery on the second eye about 3 weeks later. Please pray the surgeries are successful and her vision is healed.

Dear friend of the persecuted,

This is a crucial year in the fight to preserve religious freedom worldwide. The Defamation of Religions Resolution seeks to criminalize words or actions as attacks against a particular religion, namely Islam. As incredible as it sounds, passing this resolution could allow a Christian to be persecuted under UN approval. We need you to voice your protest of this resolution.

Ironically, the countries supporting this resolution are the very Islamic-majority countries that persecute Christians and other minority faiths. In fact, the resolution provides special protection exclusively to Islam and prevents people from saying negative things about the religion. Expressing beliefs in other faiths such as Christianity and Judaism would count as speaking against Islam.

The resolution protects a faith rather than individuals who hold a faith, which goes against the very purpose of human rights in international law. The result is that this resolution gives UN sanction to Muslim majority countries to persecute Christians and other religious minorities for not sharing the same beliefs as Muslims. It also provides legitimacy to these countries' blasphemy laws which are often used to accuse, imprison, and even murder Christians.

While Defamation of Religions Resolutions have been introduced and passed in years past, it is up again this year for re-authorization. Policy experts at the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom believe we have a real opportunity to defeat it this year. Members of Congress and non-profit organizations will be organizing to urge countries to vote NO on Defamation of Religions Resolution.

Open Doors USA will be helping to lead the advocacy effort at the United Nations to prevent this resolution from passing through our Free to Believe Campaign. But we need your help. Please sign on to our petition to register your disapproval of the resolution. Many signatures gives our advocacy team the backing to approach these countries and ask them to change their vote. Frederique with her 2 young children; she tried to suicide about 3 weeks ago... she is 36. I pray God will open up her heart, and see the love God has to offer us. Dear Heavenly Father the one that created His beloved bride from the dust of the earth .Would you come down and comfort your Frederique, for her sorrow is great and when she looks upon it she feels so very small while she stands in the middle of it. Jesus let your joy be her strength for without you we can do nothing.  Surly Lord the gift of life is the most blessed gift that we can receive form you so cast out the enemy that takes the joy out of her life and vainly lies saying that it is not worth living anymore. I RECEIVED THIS FROM A FRIEND ASKING FOR PRAYER FOR THESE KIDS.. If you have read about the recent Church bus accident in Meridian, Mississippi you may be familiar with this story. Maggie Lee Henson, a 12 year old girl that is so dynamic, so absolutely lovely that not only can she brighten up a room, she can brighten a stadium! She was one of the youth that was on the First Baptist Shreveport bus that had a blow out on I-20 this past Sunday in Meridian, MS , that killed one teenager so far... and sent all others to the hospital. The bus blew a tire and flipped three times. Maggie Lee and another girl were trapped under the bus. Thank God a truck load of National Guardsmen were behind them on the freeway when it happened. They actually lifted the bus back upright! Maggie Lee has severe head trauma. She is such a little fighter and has already defied the odds by still being alive. Her CT scan has shown severe brain stem damage, so much so that just hours ago, the Neurosurgeon said he cannot operate. She needs a MIRACLE. --so would you please pray and pass Maggie's name on to others. I know her family will be so grateful for your prayers. Thank you, jean

Hello my friends: Please pray for my husband, he just had some blood work done and some of the results were off the charts.  They called this morning to let us know he is scheduled for a liver biopsy next Wed. morning at 6:30 a.m.  This to rule out liver cancer.  I am just beside myself.  My hubby is such a good guy he is the worship leader in our church and such a good husband and father to our girls.  Please ask any prayer groups that you belong to intercede for him.  Thanks for your love and friendship.  jean

Today we went to court and everything was all set for the kids to be taken out of state custudy, when a sudden glitch reared it's ugly head. My husband and I had spoken to the lawyer and everything was fine and went into the court room. The lawyer had thrown in that I had concerns for my oldest son and the things he was being taught at this boy's ranch and that I also wanted the state to terminate their rights to Dakota also. Which our lawyer and I really hadn't discussed, our main concern was with the three for now and I would discuss Dakota latter. Well because I told the judge of my concerns about Dakota, this guy whom I am guessing is appointed for the kids including Dakota. He started hurling questions at me about having a PHD in psycology and not knowing my son as well as I think I do. I told this guy that I raised my son for fourteen years and know for certain he is not psycologically unbalanced, as they say he is. Because I stood for my children and for the truth I am being punished by loosing my kids once again. I would have understood if I had been verbally abusive, cussed him out or verbally attacked him in some way; for the kids being taken away. But I didn't do any of that stuff and have cooperated with them fully. I also was told since I wouldn't provide the information concerning a psycologist my other three were seeing, I wouldn't give it to the social worker that that is another reason I lost my kids today. Had I known that even though the kids were legally in states custody that I had to provide that information to the social worker I would have done so, but no one told me till today. So I loose my kids once again for standing up for what was right. So now I can't get them back until August. In the mean time I am told I have to bow down and kiss their butts till then. Where is the justice in Stone County, Missouri ???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need your help, all of you. Write letters, make phone calls, jam up their offices and switch boards. This is ridiculous! I even got an e-mail from the governor, he refuses to help. So how do we go above these people's heads?

If the house i am renting and live now which i like to buy will not really for me, please pray that God will help us or and lead us to the place where it is comfortable, safe and  affordable for me to rent..

Pray too for Philippe van der Laan in France. I have not heard from him for almost two months now. I do not know what happen to him and I know God knows everything what  happen to him and where he is now and what is his condition. I pray that he will believe in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and accept Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord in his life. He is 69 years old and believe not in God and Jesus Christ. He is a masonry (member of masonry) I know nothing is impossible with God but all things are possible. Pray too that he will communicate by writing me email to let me know or somebody will inform me what happen to him. I have also patience to wait for him.

Please pray for my plan to buy the house I am renting and live now. If it is really God's will for me to own this house he will provide the amount I need amounting of 150,000.00 pesos before the end of this month. I know God is my Great Provider and He is always on time and never late if it is His will.  

Pray too for our eldes and council in our fellowship "Olive Branch of Jesus Christ"  and all the members from the kids , young people, and adults that each one will be worshiper and desire to be a worshiper and have individual devotional or personal devotional time with God thru Jesus. And whatever plans and and decision the board will make will depend on God's leading and each one knows how to wait upon God and will develop a spirit of not making haste in making decisions and plans.

Raise a praise and worship leaders, instrumentalist, and provide a Pastor in OBJC. That has a burden in teaching the members to grow spritually.

Pray too with my plan and desire or burden to distribute Bibles (visayan) to those unfortunate that can't afford to buy a Bible. I have no source or income   right now where to get the amount to buy Bibles to distribute to those whom we had conducted bibles studies. And children's Sunday school materials in our OBJC fellowship. And God will touch and raise someone to help me with this ministry I desire and  can be reach me in my email address in eunice8311@yahoo.com

Pray too that God will bring my three kids and their partners and kids in a fellowship where they will grow spiritually and willing to be use in sharing the Word of God.

Pray too that my prayer and fasting life will be regular once a week and my personal quiet time will be regular too.

Today I received two Prayer Requests in relation to difficult current experiences which have left them feeling distressed.

The First Urgent request is in relation to Valeska, a lady whose dog has gone missing possibly dog-napped. Understandably, this lady is pining for her beloved fur baby.

In addition to signing the petition that is being circulated for the safe return of Valeska's dog, would those who feel able please pray to Saint Jude, the Patron Saint of Miracles,hopeless causes,and hopelessness, to intercede on behalf of Valeska for the safe return of her beloved dog.  Thank You.

The second urgent prayer request is on behalf of a gentleman called David, who because of the current economic climate has lost his home due to foreclosure by the bank. This has left Dave, homeless sleeping in his car at present which is also being threatened with repossession. If this eventuates, Dave will join the many who are at the mercy of the streets with no protection,security, or a sense of belonging being the end result.

Please would you also pray to Saint Jude to intercede on Dave's behalf for a more positive outcome to his life that he is currently experiencing.

Dear Saint Jude please intercede on behalf of these two people whose lives are in disarray at present to have the miracle of having their seemingly hopeless  situations made more secure, stable, and loving, whilst restoring their sense of belonging to their communities. We ask this in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.   Amen
