So you may go to the local, or nearest, center that watch and help manatees and tell them your consern to "adopt" a manatee that's something I plan to do once I stabilize economically I am waiting for the oportunity since high school 10 years ago... Once you adopt (aka sponsor) you will receive newsletters in the mail and you can sign up for manatee alerts via email also. [ send green star]
