How's everyone been? I'm doing great! I fell in love recently! YAY!!! Plus my work has been going real well. I've started doing presentations again. I had a bad flare up this week...I walked 3 1/2 miles in the woods and triggered it off pretty bad. It didn't seem like I was walking too far, but all week since then has been ROUGH. Easy Does It is a good rule to follow even when I am feeling good, because disability is a lot more than just being tired. Disability means it can be really hard to bounce back. My new love had said before that he didn't see any evidence that I was disabled...well now he does because he has seen how hard it has been for me to bounce back after that walk. Taking a walk doesn't make most people's fingers and everything else hurt. When most people get too zealous in taking a hike their legs may be sore for awhile, but I've been hurting all week from the tips of my fingers to all my toes and each hair on my head! Plus my mind has been in a fog. He understands what flare-ups are now! In a way I'm glad I had this rough week, though, so he can see this side of me before getting too deep. When people don't see my disability, they often get disappointed in me, and confused when the symptoms appear. I'm glad it's out in the open with him. And oh! By the way! He is great! He's a big strong manly man kind of a guy and he just picks me up when I hurt! I feel like the luckiest woman alive!!!

I cannot write much right now, but wanted to quick stop by. My pain medication for my Fibro, Arthritis, Neuropathy and Burrcitis has been doubled so I a bit 'loopey'.

I just wanted to stop in quickly to say 'hi'. i cannot be up much at the computer right now. Yesterday I began having painful spasms in my back and today spasms and barely able to move back. We are having trouble with our air conditioner until my roommate comes home later. I am having to spend most of my time on a high-heat pad w/ no air...not exactly comfortable. It is 84 now, creeping up to 89 today.
My thoughts & prayers are with you all for a Peaceful Sunday.

Hi Margaret and Dreama.I cancelled an appt. this week, just a Pap Smear...still yuck!! Now the weather's much nicer today, gonna get up to 55. Margaret, tomorrow night rain and snow, BLAH. Better temps for next week. Love to you both, Judi
Dreama is does not matter if you go to the same doctor there is always something new with you...tis a wonderful thing that you can find humor everywhere, probably even under a rock... Have a great today and weekend everyone but not so great that the elephant is pink elsewhere besides his shoes...lol!
