I'm starting this thread for time sensative adoption cases. I have two to start off with, and if anyone else has a case to add, please do so, and be sure to keep us all up to date on which cases have been taken care of.

The poodle may have been placed! I called the number, and a woman said that they may have placed the dog yesterday, but I need to call back in 45 minutes to find out for sure.

I just talked to Angela and this guy has gone into a rescue but there are 2 other senior males there.  One was an owner turn in because the owner was too sick to care for him. He seems to be happy and healthy.  He's neutered if I remember right.  The owner's son said he was 10 but he acts younger.  He's a mix but definitely Poodle and is a bit larger than a poodle.  His name is Reggie.

 

The second guy was found as a stray and he's 8-10.  He also seems to be healthy.  He is not neutered and is a bit smaller than the average poodle.

 

The fee is $15 per dog and that includes rabies and license.

Info from the shelter:

He is slightly overweight and needs to go on a diet. He is
approx 6-8 yrs of age, heartworm negative, neutered, seems to be okay with most dogs .

The man that brought him in as a "owner surrender" said he should be without cats or small children.

He's just a older man, would be the perfect dog for laid back people , he even loves the pool.

They have named him Little Man!! Walks well on a leash, loves snacks.

I don't think he has been a working dog for several
years now.
