What FUTURE! Do You Care Yes or No June 12, 2005 9:50 AM

Time is running out we need a agenda for a radical, change in our actions, for the use of our resources and the way we deal with the output of our waste. We may not be able to rectify all the damage don to NATURE. This Planet, can only support so many! There are a large range of living things that we shear this planet with, but only man is realy responsibiy for the way we pollut this planet The planet needs urgent, action now! The longer we put the action off the greater the cost and the less population will have a future and i do mean any future, Large areas will have a quality of life even worse than even the poorest people have NOW! SO DO YOU CARE YES OR NO, IF YES WHAT DO WE DO NEXT?  [ send green star]

What Future. June 12, 2005 10:55 AM

I care for the future. Having lived within the naturist's so hard to explain...but these folk are truely taking care of the future. Example...I was on location filming a documentary about the lifestyle...I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the site tucked away in mid France. He bought the forest, made a clearing, and for every tree he removed he replaced and named them for the future. He then invited all those who care for nature to join him. Naturists preserve nature and teach their young to respect tress flowers and nature in general. Quite often showers are from the rain water caught in tanks. It may sound a basic way of life...however I believe that we have to get back to a few basics before we can progress. You dont have to be a naturist but one can learn a lot from their respect for the natural thingds in life...its called NATURE. Believe it or not...Nature quite often reacts to mans abuse of it. Thanks it's a start June 12, 2005 12:29 PM

Thank you Mike, Anidawehi it is a start as at least you posted a feed back to the topic. Anidawehi, the best thing is just even answering, or posting a topic you would like to learn more on were here as friends. But as you know i co-host a few groups on a wide range of issues, but the very hard part, even when i go off , subject and post in other hosts groups his feedback. Like example i just read a letter by ED HOWES called THE PERFECT FUEL, WATER. just a quick example is this fuel was to leek or a ship carrying it a tanker, etc was to brack up in high seas the miles of cost line distroyed would be nill, nor would any bird or animal be effected. And yes we can get gas from water now to heat our homes, drive, out cars, bikes , boats, even airplanes, the only people who don,t want the technology used is large corporations and governments who earn large sums of money from them and put our health and that of our children way done the list of priorities, When i find the url i will post it so you all can read it and than make your own mind up on the issue thanks agin you too.  [ send green star]
Yes We Care and This is What We Do. June 13, 2005 4:46 AM

Hi John D. Just keep doing what you are doing, telling people and friends. Because the right people, are hearing you and also doing their bit also. Don't give up it's working. If you going back in time no one was recycling, or caring. There are a lot of good people now recycling and you just got to look at the postings and email you get everyday. Look at all these good people working hard on the groups in care2. All of you keep working, don't give up the World Need You More Today Than At Anything. Drink you pomegranate 100% pure juice, this will give you greater energy to keep up the fight. John Powell Host.  [ send green star]
MOST Care But .. June 15, 2005 6:18 AM

.. but I think most people do not participate in initiatives of change for numerous reasons. 1. People are too busy 2. People are too unhappy and unaware 3. It is inconvenient to participate. I propose "The Final Network" which I'll be trialing Pembrokeshire. It would really seem that this project will be able to facilitate the change we are all looking for from the ground up. Find a solution that mobilises change within 1 community and you have a model for every community nation & world wide. I'm looking forward to hearing from u. Chz Pete  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
Thanks Peter June 15, 2005 11:13 AM

Yes i have members from all the groups that i also take part in but don't host, say that they are to busy to give any feed back which i can understand, but it sometimes makes it hard to find what people are looking for. With you i do know and will see what other ways there are to get funding down your way. locally, we could try Community first, but i do not know if your locale community area is coverd by them. What about the locale council, community councile etc.  [ send green star]
