It is now possible to add a photograph of subject matter onto your petition at Care2's Petition site.This is not to be confused with uploading a picture of yourself on a 'photo-petition'
When you create your petition you are now able to use the 'basic editor' the same as when you are posting a message onto a topic at care2.You can either upload the image, or copy and paste it into the text box. For this - the image has to be already on an internet website. If it is an image from your picture folder (ie a photo you have taken) you will have to upload the photo onto a web account such as photobucket.com.
Pictures with a photo have a much bigger impact.I am adding the link to a recent petition as an example

We have a lot of folks on here, and it is the best way to get a point across sometimes, joining together. Althogh individual actions are important too.
I was thinking maybe we could all send postcards-around June 9th to plead for meaningful elction reform-(Investigations, prosecution, Impeachment? punishment) and a verified vote system- to coincide with;

"Join the Coalition for a national lobby day sponsored by NJ Congressman Rush Holt, who has writtien bill HR-550." at least we could support them and join them in spirit this way, I would encourage using orange posterboard cut to post card size or just put -perhaps with orange something that will definately indicate your concern. Jacalyn, I have read over and over again if you sign a petition for the same "cause" but on a different website it still counts and is sent in. They are allsent in at different times and the signatures are all compiled /added up together. I have researched and researched this.
The "ONLY" exception I have found is very few petitions stating if you already signed one time ,that is all you can do. It states it so look for a statement like that.
I sign many petitions as a lot of us do for the same exact cause but on another website.
If you already signed and it wont except more than the original signature ,it typically should come up with an error staing you have already entered your information/signed or something like that.
I wondered about that at one time. I am not perfect so I can always be wrong but this is what I have found out and I saw your post with what I'm sure many people wonder....
