Water Hydro Alternative Energy is harnessing the world’s cleanest and least expensive form of natural energy, which is water. By placing turbines in coastal areas where tidal waters constantly ebb and flow we are reducing the amount of energy produced by coal. Coal is said to be a leading cause of smog, acid rain, global warming, and air toxics which are all ruining our beautiful planet. While we provide millions of people with energy, it will be in a environmentally safe and cost effective way. The U.S. government just made this possible this past March. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and The Department of Interior came to an agreement to allow businesses to profit from offshore renewable energy sources. We will serve as an Independent Power Provider (IPP) in which we create the energy and sell it. The government has mandated that utility companies have a certain percentage of their energy come from alternative energy sources like us, that percentage is going to continue to climb in the coming years. It’s just a matter of time before these will be in all forms of moving water. The technical definition for what we are doing would be Hydrokinetic energy. Hydrokinetic works by harvesting energy from the natural, consistent movement of water, without significantly altering the water flow or landscape. This is important to us as we will not disrupt any natural ecosystems, hurt any fish or other marine life. While we support of all forms of renewable energy, our studies have concluded that using the tides power to create energy is the most predictable form of renewable energy there is. Our systems can generate power up between 20-22 hours a day. The moon guarantees that the tides will come in and go out with only 2-4 hours of slack tide each day. Water is 800 times denser than air, and very cost effective to the end user. We have teamed up with an engineering firm local to Florida to design our turbines, which are in the design phase right now. They have 15-20 years of outstanding engineering experience behind them, and our company executives have over 40 years of experience in finance, investments, marketing and have brought many companies public in the past. We are a private corporation based Florida and will create jobs here in America and not outsource any of our work. Near term we have plans to make the first "green" island in America, meaning that the island will be powered by our turbines. This is expected to take place within the next 6-8 months. Long term we plan to have farms and farms of these out in the gulfstream, up and down the east coast of America.
