I hope your souls are always in harmony with tea. "The making of tea is no simple task. For brewing, a person whose soul is in harmony with the tea is essential," said Lu Shushen in the 16th century. "The first brew isn't for drinking," he said. "It cleanses the leaves of whatever substances have accumulated in them during storage." It is the second cup that is for drinking .
Blessings,
Grisha.

Here is my question. When brewing a cup is this saying we should first use our tea leaves or bags and brew them and then take them out and do it again?? Won't the lose the potency of the flavor?
