I am a certified sports nutrition specialist, which means food combinations for optimum performance. Isn't that what every body needs? Optimum daily performance. In our society we are overstimulated, over fed, yet we are greatly under nourished.
Did you know that the food guide that we often refer to is merely a minimum to prevent disease and illess? Who do you know that eats 5-12 servings of fruits and vegetables a day? Again, a minimum requirement. Now THAT is food for thought.
