Please donate to Dr. Jean Dodds "Rabies Challenge Fund". This research will assist in getting the government to extend the period for required rabies vaccinations. The fund will prove that this vaccine gives immunity for 5-7 years. Rabies vaccine can cause many adverse reactions, Some delayed reactions can lead to illness or death months post vaccination. Although vaccines help save lives, we give far too many and the result is often chronic illness and immune dysfunction in our animals. One of my recently rescued dogs just had an adverse reaction to a distemper/parvo vaccine just this week.
