This was his question :If you have a choice to pick localy grown foods in your markets..where ever you are..or organic but shipped long distance what 
would you think is better for the Enviroment..

I grow my own. I buy organic that is local. I buy from vegetable stands. I do everthing I can to help the environment and get a healthy diet.
