The last one went really well, and was even reported on on other sites, so perhaps it is time we started a new one.
Here is how it works.
It is an experiment to demonstrate that 'what goes around comes around', and 'the good you do comes back to you', which is guaranteed, so you can't lose.
12 people can take part, and you reserve your place by posting a short message here.
Each person involved takes the value of FIVE British Pounds Sterling and goes and finds someone you feel really needs it and gives them the fiver, (or equal value), no strings attached. It is a gift.
Then you keep an close eye on what happens in your life for say 65 days this time, and if nothing happens which somehow returns five pounds in value to you in that 65 days, perhaps when you need it, then:
I will refund your fiver in full, no questions asked.
(Your refund can go into a paypal account, or to a shop address or post office you choose, like the book travels. No personal details please.)
I'm sure everyone would love to hear about your Karam adventure from the start and as the previous experiment showed it does come back in many ways, we would love to hear about that too.
There is nothing in the laws of Karma which says things come back in 65 days I know, but we need to set a time for this little experiment to be possible.
No one has to take part, and for 12 people only, it is guaranteed. That is an amount I can afford to sponsor and makes the guarantee real. You have to be signed up here to qualify for a refund and your 65 days starts from the date of your posting.
Think I've remembered it all. This is really fun. Hope you all enjoy the experience.
Any questions?

Here’s a link to the last one we had on this site, it was great fun….
I strongly believe in Karma, and would enjoy taking part in your expeirement.
Thank You,

...that's O.K.
...because I believe in Karma... & I thoroughly enjoyed your last little "karma experiment" ... I think I'll play along, too, even without qualifying for Tony's guaranteed refund... as I believe the power of the life force energy cycles will come back to me regardless, whether or not, Tony's includes me in his Karma train dozen... ![]()

Here in the U.S.A. it's called "Paying It Forward". Matter-of-fact = the Movie "Pay It Forward" was on TV last nite.
Actually, I've been doing that same thing for the past 3 months, not with just $$, but also for others in need of whatever may be lacking for themselves or their family.
Hadn't done it for Karma, just wanted to lend a hand.
Glad you have your dozen!! Congratulations ALL!!

...well, after I decided to participate in this little karma experiment & posted my intentions here... I decided to put my $10 into a "collection jar" at a local business, funds being collected to assist a family who recently lost their home to fire & on top of that the man was seriously injured shortly after the home burned down (he's still hospitalized in ICU).... so I contributed to a family in distress...
...Friday while driving to work, a belt on my auto's engine broke & I "limped" the auto to the job anyway... the fellows at work called a parts store, secured the replacement belt for me, but were unable to properly install the belt... they next consulted with a mechanic who then came to the lumberyard, installed the belt, found some other damages & repaired that part, too.... & to top that off, other than the cost of the parts, they wouldn't take any payment from me...
....so now, I'm informed this mechanical service would have cost over $200 had I taken my vehicle to a garage, not to mention about $50 for a tow truck to transport the vehicle to the garage....
....guess I'd better "pay it forward"....

I have a report. Went into town to replace an electic heater that broke down last night, and I saw this man in a doorway covered by a blanket and no shoes. I thought about the tiny bit of cold we felt last night when the heater broke down in my room. I said to him, "It is a hard world". He said "oh its not so bad, the sun is shining". I gave him the money I'd been saving for this, and said he should get some breakfast. He smiled and said, "God Bless you'. I already have a lot back from this one, if you know what I mean.
Hi everyone ![]()
I have recently come back from a seminar in Bristol. Whilst there I managed not only to give the fiver away but got it back the same day!!
Briefly this seminar is attended by all different age groups, from 17 to 85 years old. The person I gave it away to is a young student, who although he was there with his mum,nan and sister had run out of money two days before the seminar finished. He didnt ask to borrow any money the subject, that he was broke, just came up during the conversation we were having, and I just felt this was the "eurkea" moment to take my part in this experiment. I did explain it was all about karma and he truly believes so......I felt I had made a good choice. Later that evening I decided to "scratch" the scratchcard I had bought earlier in the day.....and you've guessed it.......I won five pounds. ![]()
On the last experiment I had a similar experience with a scratch card (funny thing is I have not bought on before or since)!
oh err Tony
I buy scratchcards on a regular basis but I actually bought this one in Bristol, and instead of leaving it in my purse for days which I usually do was "drawn" to scratch it shortly after I had given the fiver away.
Will get back later today and explain what the seminar was all about.......suffice to say after being spoilt rotten in a hotel all week......I have come down to earth with a big bump and have to go and get the grocery shopping now.
hehehehe ![]()
Hey all,
This really is a funny topic... Well, it's funny for me, because last Monday (23th of April 2007) I gave a person in need 5 euro, no strings attached. Okay, so it's no 5 pound sterling, but... It's the same idea I guess.
Should this do something for my Karma? I don't know, and it's not important to me. He needed the cash, and I could offer to give him...
Well, I'll be keeping my eyes open on this topic.
Peace & Love!
Marc
Hi Tony ![]()
Now I am going to attempt to explain what the seminar(s) I go to are all about. Basically I guess you could say they are workshops for developing psychics/mediums, where we sit and listen to a tutor teaching us the correct procedure(s) and then we attempt to practice our "skills", but sitting here thinking its much much more than that. I orginally met the organisers of these seminars via a website I (now) visit daily. I went there to find like minded people and in the three and a half years there have met some incredible people, both online and off. I will try to explain why I say its much much more than just attending the classes, to me as a developing medium (its a lifelong thing in my book) although obviously being able to give readings to help those in distress after they have lost a loved one is of the upmost importance, I personally believe we can work for spirit in so many others ways too. How we treat others for a start, even if its just smiling and saying good morning to someone you sense hasnt spoken to another soul for a few days, and seeing their spirit rise, in my opinion, can do so much.I am certainly not holier-than-thou, far from it but I do try my best to go out each day and do the best I can for others. You know the saying "you cant just talk the talk - walk the walk" I do try to abide by that. The organisers of these seminars, and others, have for example encouraged people who wouldnt normally even leave their house, or home town, to attend and with the love and support of all who go, these people end up really enjoying themselves, and making new friendships, which in turn helps them to build up their self-confidence which leads them to puts a new persepective on their lives in what they can achieve, and they do realise that the world is indeed their oyster
So for me its about the love and the friendships plus of course the classes, by the way I am a pretty good student, I only played truant once this time. ![]()
Take care

I have a great bekief in Karma, and this experiment worked and didn't. My $10.00 US returned to me a great friend and $4900.00 from the fisrt job that I have had in 15 years.
It also caused me a great blow. I have resently learned that I have 3 Tumors on my Brain and am going to have surgery to remove them, but alas, I still have a TRUE FRIEND, and one who will always be there in my time of need.
So, thank you for allowing me to join this experiment.
Karma does work.
As I personally understand it.......karma means "what goes around comes around" ie. if you treat other people with love and respect and want the best for them, that is returned in kind. If you genuinely want to help people in their time of need, even if it is only to the extent of listening to their problems, again I feel, others will be there in your time of need.
However, sadly I have to say that there will always be some who "choose" to be "victims" so they only want you to listen to their "woes", and I have learnt the hard way not to be a "doormat" for people like this, as they have to,again in my opinon, learn to change to help themselves first, and to change their approach on life, therefore changing their karma.......
Hope this makes sense.
Brenda
P.S. Any updates on the Karma experiment here?
This is totally true ![]()
My sister stole $6000 dollars from me and then without me saying anything about this to anyone I then recieved $6000 bonus through another source of which I absolutely was not expecting it to come from.
This was.. 6 months later.
Things like this happen to me very often. If I lose something I end up recieving it back in another form.
When I give people money or my belongings when they need them too I always end up reciving more back but not necessarily from that person, usually through an unexpected source.
I always lend and give people different things in life because I know that when I am in need the Universe provides me things and always does.
I don't know alot about Karma however definately it is true whenever you lose something if it is truly meant for you you do recieve it back and when you give the Universe always fills your cup back up so to speak.
As for my sister, 6 months later she ended up living with a man who stole ALL her belongings.
So Karma really is very real.
I agree. That's why Jesus taught, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." People here get all upset if you say anything good about an Eastern religion. They forget that Jesus was visited by wise men from the East. The philosophies are similar in many religions.
Love, Hope, Peace, & Christ Be With You,
Cal-el
