Tip #2 - Put recycling bins in your work place. February 03, 2006 6:35 AM

I did that in my office during my military service. We had bins for paper, aluminium cans and plastic bottles. We made a list of who gets the bins to the recycling points in our base. This tip can be manipulated depending on the size of the office. Large office can make contracts with recycling plant to come and collect recycables, smaller offices can team with similar offices or make a chore list that each time someone takes the recycables to a recycling point.  [ send green star]

And in schools! October 01, 2006 12:58 PM

Lots of paper gets thrown out in schools, as well as cans and bottles. Offer to pick up and drop off the recycling at your kids' classrooms once a week. Can you imagine how much you'd help??? And how much it would teach your kids?  [ send green star]  [ accepted]

Ok, guys, I need help finding out how to do this for an office in Toronto, Canada.
I've been searching the net for actual "here is how" points... as in, whom to contact to get bins, whether it costs something to get them picked up etc etc.
AND I CAN'T FIND OUT ANYTHING

We waste a lot of paper in my workplace. I really wanna get some recycling going there. Anyone happen to know whom to contact??
If anyone has a clue, would you please send me a private message about it? I'd be really greatful.
