Vitamin E February 12, 2006 4:31 AM

Reduces the stickyness of platelets that can cause plaque to form on arteries. Margaring contains vitamin E but the best of this product is unhealthy due to it's high processing rendering it toxic. Most oils change structure when heated. Each time the oil is heated it becomes more toxic. Butter and cold pressed fats should always be stored in a fridge. As the butter ages in the warmth it becomes toxic. Never eat more than 2tbsp of oil a day. Never eat old or rancid oil or butter, it becomes more toxic as it ages.  [ send green star]
