Within our rights as a people

November 8, 2009

We offer to you, Mr. President

The Health Care isuue passed but it failed to unite the people. Build it in and protect in.......

The Constitution Of The United States Of America

The Bill Of Rights

The USA Patriot Act

The concept of a Health Care Reform Package protected by the people of the United States of America.

The concept of a Federal Act Securty Card

the Federal Act Security Card merged with what we call ,a Health Care Reform Stimulus Package. The inter facing of the two will build a security on two fronts ......

1st. and ut most important the people

2nd., It will build a net work that in its concept is a anti crime / war prevention forum to maintain the National Security Of The United States Of America.

3rd. protect it under the Patriot Act

The right of the people to build their own health care program and the right to vote in such matters is a concept of which it is the connection that it aplies to.

That this is a gift from a people that for most you do not have a clue of who we are. But I reach out and say that I have been among a people that say only this,

"We wish to live." in order for our children to live..........

Take this 1900 pages of health care forum Mr. President and put the ideas of 250 000 000 million people and you will a concept that will rebuild the security of the people and the United States Of Ameirca through a little idea called a Health Care Reform Stimulus Package ...........

Mr. President this has been passed but it has failed because even as now as people read this others are ready to restart the fight again. What has passed has failed because it failed to unite the people.

Protect this Health Care forum under the Patriot Act, rebuild it not as Democrats or Republicans, rebuild it and stand with the people as a person and not as the President Of The United States. Build it with the emails and letters of 250 000 000 million pages of peoples ideas, with the 1900 pages you now have, and you will have a health care forum that is for the people and by the people.

If it is all that Government Officials want and insurance companies want, is to get rich, then the people say to you, you will become rich beyond you wild dreams, but do not destroy this country in your goals.

WASHINGTON – The Democratic-controlled House has narrowly passed landmark health care reform legislation, handing President Barack Obama a hard won victory on his signature domestic priority.

Republicans were nearly unanimous in opposing the plan that would expand coverage to tens of millions of Americans who lack it and place tough new restrictions on the insurance industry.

The 220-215 vote late Saturday cleared the way for the Senate to begin a long-delayed debate on the issue that has come to overshadow all others in Congress.

A triumphant Speaker Nancy Pelosi compared the legislation to the passage of Social Security in 1935 and Medicare 30 years later.

Obama, who went to Capitol Hill earlier on Saturday to lobby wavering Democrats, said in a statement after the vote, "I look forward to signing it into law by the end of the year."

"It provides coverage for 96 percent of Americans. It offers everyone, regardless of health or income, the peace of mind that comes from knowing they will have access to affordable health care when they need it," said Rep. John Dingell, the 83-year-old Michigan lawmaker who has introduced national health insurance in every Congress since succeeding his father in 1955.

But minority Republicans cataloged their objections across hours of debate on the 1,990-page, $1.2 trillion legislation.

"We are going to have a complete government takeover of our health care system faster than you can say, `this is making me sick,'" said Rep. Candice Miller, R-Mich.

In the run-up to a final vote, conservatives from the two political parties joined forces to impose tough new restrictions on abortion coverage in insurance policies to be sold to many individuals and small groups.

The legislation would require most Americans to carry insurance and provide federal subsidies to those who otherwise could not afford it. Large companies would have to offer coverage to their employees. Both consumers and companies would be slapped with penalties if they defied the government's mandates.

And now , Independence Day (United States)
