The newfoundland breed of dog is a large working dog whose origins lie on the Canadian island of Newfoundland. Newfoundlands are famously known for their giant size and tremendous strength, and for their sweet dispositions, loyalty, and natural water rescue tendencies. The Newfoundland dogexcels at water rescue, due to their great muscles and partly to their webbed feet and acute swimming abilities.
Newfoundland dogs require grooming at least once per week (and frequently more often). Newfoundlands are extremely loving and patient dogs, and Newfoundland puppies are laid-back and considered easy to housebreak as they are loyal and loving towards their master.
The newfoundland dog is known to have a very loving and gentle temperament and newfoundlands are thought to be one of the calmest and gentlest dogs when it comes to being around children. Newfoundland dogs are intelligent and courageous and are loyal towards their master and calm with strangers, but newfoundlands are wary of people who have no good intentions. This, along with the deep bark and large size of the newfoundland make them excellent guard dogs and they will protect their family first and foremost.
Newfoundlands are thought to have derived from mastiffs when they were brought to Newfoundland by the Vikings more than 1,000 years ago. Since then, newfoundlands have been used as working dogs and they are thought to be one of the strongest breeds of dogs in the world.

tufted tit mouse
A little gray bird with an echoing voice, the Tufted Titmouse is common in eastern deciduous forests and a frequent visitor to feeders. The large black eyes, small, round bill, and brushy crest gives these birds a quiet but eager expression that matches the way they flit through canopies, hang from twig-ends, and drop in to bird feeders. When a titmouse finds a large seed, youâll see it carry the prize to a perch and crack it with sharp whacks of its stout bill.
Electric eel is the common name for a South American freshwater fish, Electrophorus electricus, that is characterized by an elongated, cylindrical, snake-like body, absence of dorsal, pelvic, and caudal fins, and the capability of generating strong and weak electric organ discharges, which are used for hunting, self-defense, and electrolocation. Although the electric eel has gills, they are obligatory air breathers, using their gills only as a secondary source of oxygen, with their highly vascularized mouth as their primary source.
