Border Fauna in danger of Extintion
The U.S. government has voted for the construction of a wall between Mexico and U.S creating an enormous wildlife barrier. The construction of this wall will: - prevent wildlife migrations between the two countries - destroy the habitat of endangered species - cause water pollution - destroy environmental resources along the border thus further hurting the recovery of endangered especies such as the Jaguar, Sonoran Pronghorn, and Mexican Gray Wolf. We appeal to the U.S. government to work closely with conservation organisations and make use of their technological and economic power to find alternatives to the border planned to be built between Mexico and the U.S which do not cause further damage to endangered species and their environment. While we recognise that the US is entitled to let in whoever they please, border control should not extend to animals, especially endangered species who have used their routes long before humans started dividing the natural world with borders and fences.
ALASKAN BUREAU OF WILDLIFE ENFORCEMENT WANTS TO MURDER WOLF July 13, 2006 12:22 PM
ALASKAN BUREAU OF WILDLIFE ENFORCEMENT WANTS TO MURDER WOLF
A recent article came out about a woman who was attacked by a Wolf in Alaska.
She encountered a Wolf, and ran rather than standing her ground which caused it to chase her. It didn't seriously hurt her and she was taken to the hospital.
The article talks about Wolves killing people in Canada in 2004 and 2005. It is a lie.
In 2005 a man was killed due to unknown causes. Wolves were blamed and two were slaughtered not too long after. To this day, no proof of the man's death was EVER released.
Instead of relocating the Wolf to a sanctuary or elsewhere in the woods, or educating the populace instead what to do when encountering Wolves, the Alaskan Bureau of Wildlife Enforcement under Lt. Gary Folger, wants to find the Wolf and murder it if it is seen.
WHAT YOU CAN DO?
It's bad enough that the Alaskan Government slaughters hundreds upon hundreds of Wolves every year in their hideous programs. It is even worse now that they want to murder a Wolf because they failed to educate the populace on what to do when encountering them rather than casutlies happening on both sides.
We need to stop this now.
1) First contact Gary Folger at the contact information below.
Alaskan Bureau of Wildlife Enforcement
Lt. Gary Folger
451-5351 Fax: 451-5317
Email: gary_folger@dps.state.ak.us
1979 Peger Rd Fairbanks AK 99709-5298
2) Then contact the newspapers of Alaska, starting with News Miner.
They need to first know that they are being lied to not only about the Canadian Wolves incidents and that this Wolf doesn't need to be murdered for the continued mishaps of the Alaskan Government.
3) Contact your Senators of your following States about this issue and tell them to stop the murders.
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE YOU COME FROM IN THE WORLD! YOU HAVE A VOICE, WOLVES DON'T HAVE A HUMAN ONE! PLEASE HELP TODAY!

Because of this double homicide, these Wolves' pups will most likely not survive if they aren't found. These pups shouldn't have to die because the horrors that the State Agencies in Idaho commit.
Problem Wolves as they are classified are murdered in livestock issues that could have been peacefully prevented through the use of Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching. And these Wolf Pups shouldn't be left to die.
Wolves do not have to be murdered. And in this case, it proves the level of horror that the State Agencies in Idaho are willing to perform to further their agenda.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
We need to spread the message that this is one of the horrors caused by the ignoring, suppression, and denial of Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching. We need to hold those who murder accountable and get them to stop murdering and start using NLM and PF Ranching. And we need to get those Wolf Pups rescued before they die.
1) First contact APHIS Wildlife Services and Idaho Department of Fish and Game in Idaho. Here is the contact information for the Director in Idaho. Here is also contacts for several of their operatives as well. They need to stop their policy of murder in Livestock issues and also resuce these orphaned pups.
Idaho Wildlife Services State Director 9134 Blackeagle Drive Boise, ID 83709
Mark.D.Collinge@aphis.usda.gov
Todd.K.Grimm@aphis.usda.gov
2) Here is the contact info for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game:
3) Contact Idaho Newspapers and Idaho Government Officials about this atrocity and how murdering of Wolves in livestock issues doesn't have to happen. And that now because of this oprhaned pups may very will die.
Mike Wagner -- Director and Founder of Heart of the Wolf Organization, Honor Fallen and Oppressed Wolves -- and Co-Host of KWF Wolf Conservation, Philip Clonas' Save The Wolves Foundation and Web of Life
The Idaho Forest Service is having a comment period on this that will end on Aug. 7th.
Wolves do not have to be murdered in livestock issues. And this proposal to allow aerial tracking and slaughtering of Wolves will bring more bloodshed and set back Wolf Recovery.
Remember, proof that Non-Lethal Methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching have been proven to work time and time again.
1) Contact the Supervisors of the Forest Service in Idaho. We do not need this to go any further. Wolves don't need to be tracked and slaughtered in Livestock Issues. If Predator Friendly Ranching and Non-Lethal Methods were used in the first place, this wouldn't even have to be considered.
Here is a website with the list of all the supervisors of the Idaho Forest Service.
Mike Wagner -- Director and Founder of Heart of the Wolf Organization, Honor Fallen and Oppressed Wolves -- and Co-Host of KWF Wolf Conservation, Philip Clonas' Save The Wolves Foundation and Web of Life
The USFWS could have peacefully prevented these problems by using, promoting and enforcing the use of non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices which they know about.
Instead in the name of 'recovery' (which usually means restoration, healing, and recovering) , they murder more Wolves. This one is the latest victim of the USFWs.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1) Write to the USFWS Mexican Gray Wolf 'Recovery' Program and John Morgart. Wolf Recovery is not about murdering Wolves. It is about restoring Wolves to their former lands and using peaceful solutions to prevent livestock depredations from occurring.

HOW BUMPER STICKERS IN DEVELOPMENT July 07, 2006 8:03 PM
HOW BUMPER STICKERS IN DEVELOPMENT
Hi folks, thanks to the support of one of our members, bumper stickers are being developed.
Concept and design of what will be on the bumperstickers will be revealed as things develop. When that happens, feel free to promote the images on the net as long as they aren't sold. Thus no copyright nazism like Dana Cruzan of Wolf Mountain Sanctuary.
The more people know about them, the more hopefully will be sold. All funds will go to the cost and production of the bumperstickers.
Thanks folks for your continued support of the organization.
Mike Wagner -- Director and Founder of Heart of the Wolf Organization, Honor Fallen and Oppressed Wolves -- and Co-Host of KWF Wolf Conservation, Philip Clonas' Save The Wolves Foundation and Web of Life
Listed below are the current murders of Wolves and planned murders of Wolves.
6/26/2006
Idaho Wildlife Services murdered an Alpha Female from the Big Water Pack and they plan on murdering nearly the rest of the pack.
Wyoming Wildlife Services is planning to capture a Wolf in the Pindedale/Cora area in response to a depredation. They might murder the Wolves from a possible pack in the are in the future.
6/27/2006
Idaho Wildlife Services is setting traps on order of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game to murder two Wolves of the Steel Mountain Pack.
Montana Wildlife Services wants to murder one Wolf and collar another (the last phase before a Wolf is murdered)
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1) It is obvious that the Government Agencies listed above care little about co-existence between Humans and Wolves. Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching can prevent livestock issues from occuring. Until these agencies educate, use these methods and make them law, the bloodshed will not end.
Here is the proof and methods in particular that work.
2) Contact the murderous Ed Bangs since he makes those reports but does nothing to stop the murders.
ed_bangs@fws.gov
3) Here are newspapers that you can write about all these atrocities and educating the public about the effectiveness of Non-Lethal Methods and PF Ranching:
Mike Wagner -- Director and Founder of Heart of the Wolf Organization, Honor Fallen and Oppressed Wolves -- and Co-Host of KWF Wolf Conservation, Philip Clonas' Save The Wolves Foundation and Web of Life
The farm that it happened, those who run it think that the Wolves will attack children and dogs soon. Of course this is the work of fear which leads to hate and violence. No attack on a Human by Wolves has been recorded in 100 years. And as for dogs, you don't just let them lose and wander wherever.
On top of that, 10 Wolves this year have been murdered in Burnett and Bayfield Counties this year.
A murder operation to trap Wolves began on the 26th of June.
It is also disturbing because Wisconsin Judges haven't halted the murders even at the behest of the public.
Wolves do not have to be murdered in livestock issues. It has been proven time and time again that Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching.
We have to stop this murder operation and others in the future.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1) First contact those in charge of Burnett and Bayfield Counties. We need to tell them that murder of Wolves is unacceptable and that Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching work.
2) We need to also contact those in charge of Phillips since it is where depredations have occurred and the planning of murder of Wolves is in this area.
Again, we need to promote what APHIS keeps hiding, the success of Predator Friendly Ranching.
3) Also contact Wisconsin Wildlife APHIS Services since they are the ones who are going to be carrying out the murders. Please write to the address below.
Wisconsin Wildlife Services State Director 732 Lois Drive Sun Prairie, WI 53590
Phone: 608-837-2727 FAX: 608-837-6754
4) Since the courts in Wisconsin are also responsible for the murders of Wolves as of late since they aren't stopping the murders and ignoring lawsuits that want to stop the murdering, here is the contact info:
5) Write to Wisconsin Newspapers, including the original newspaper that published the source article at the beginning of this alert. We need to get the word out on this issue and that these murders must end.
Mike Wagner -- Director and Founder of Heart of the Wolf Organization, Honor Fallen and Oppressed Wolves -- and Co-Host of KWF Wolf Conservation, Philip Clonas' Save The Wolves Foundation and Web of Life
As many are starting to realize, murdering Wolves in livestock issues solves nothing. Murder is a temporary fix that doesn't solve the issue of depredation.
Various methods are being tested by Wolf researcher Timm Kaminski. Methods such as herd cattle close together instead of spreading them out, use more handlers on horseback for each livestock herd so that wolves learn to associate cattle with people. Techniques such as moving a herd constantly throughout the course of the summer could keep wolves from getting used to finding prey in just one location is another that he is testing. He also suggests flags too.
However, the idea of Non-Lethal Methods only, Predator Friendly Ranching Practices and Livestock Dog Protection are methods that aren't on the plate here.
2) Fill it out and address the comments to Timm Kaminski. It is great that Non-Lethal Methods are being tested, but the true success is in Non-Lethal Methods Only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices.

PROMOTE NON-LETHAL METHODS AND PREDATOR FRIENDLY RANCHING PROMOTE NON-LETHAL METHODS AND PREDATOR FR June 27, 2006 12:02 AM
PROMOTE NON-LETHAL METHODS AND PREDATOR FRIENDLY RANCHING
A decade has passed since Wolves were brought to Yellowstone and Wolves have been murdered around the country by the USFWS, DNR, and other agencies like the USDA-WS. Agencies who supress, deny, and fail to educate Ranchers about Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching. Peaceful methods that these angencies don't create in their plans for Wolf Reintroduction and don't enforce as well.
Murdering Wolves doesn't create co-existence between Humans and Wolves. It feeds the horrible murderous traits of those who want them dead.
It has been proven fact that Non-Lethal Methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching work and can peacefully prevent livestock depredations from occurring. Even some non-profit groups in the world of conservation fail to educate others, including ranchers about them.
That's why it is up to us to do it. Since the USFWs, DNRs, APHIS, and even non-profit groups don't promote these methods to ranchers and ranching organizations, and enforce them it is up to the Heart of the Wolf Organization and it's affiliates to promote these methods.
A list of websites of these rancher organizations has been found. We need letters that bring to light what is truly going on.
The article that was a motivation for this is how ranchers and hunters in Wisconsin fear that Wolf populations are getting too large, and some murders are going on because some ranchers believe that the Wisconsin DNR isn't murdering enough Wolves.
And the Wisconsin DNR has murdered 50 Wolves over the past year. If the Wisconsin DNR and other agencies will continue to murder Wolves rather than doing their job of protecting them and promoting their population growth and peacefully preventing livestock issues.
WHAT YOU CAN DO?
1) We need letters that bring to light the information with various articles and websites that show not only that Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching do work but how to do it and who they can learn about it from. Use the links and info as proof from here.
2) We also need to promote factual information about Wolves that show who they really are. Not montsters but living beings that have been oppressed throughout time and deserve to live on their homeland as much as anyone else.
2) Letters need to be polite but firm. We are promoting peaceful information here. Although majority of ranchers don't like Wolves, most of the time Wolves are murdered by the USFWs, DNR, and APHIS, as well as Dept. of Fish and Games around the U.S. Other parties have murdered 13 Wolves in Wisconin already this year. Below is the contact list for most Livestock Organizations in the states that Wolves are in. Organizations and Cattle Companies plus their contact info are here.
PLEASE TAKE ACTION. If the USFWS, DNR and APHIS won't promote these successful methods we must do it. For peace between Humans and Wolves.

WEEKLY WOLF MURDERS 6/7-23/2006 June 27, 2006 12:02 AM
WEEKLY WOLF MURDERS 6/7-23/2006
The USFWS after a long delay of almost a month (which costed Wolf lives) posted their murders of Wolves.
Here are the casulties of the past month.
6/7/-6/23/2006
1) Montana FWP authorized Wildlife Services to murder one Wolf and issued a murder permit to murder one Wolf.
2) Idaho Wildlife Services trapped on Wolf on the 12th and murdered it in response to a cattle depredation. They in addition to the Idaho Fish and Game are preparing to murder more Wolves.
3) Idaho Wildlife Services murdered an Alpha male from the Big Water pack on the 22th of June. They The murder of the rest of the pack is on the agenda of Idaho Wildlife Services. The hide and the skull of the murdered Alpha Male are being used for 'educational', purposes.
4) Idaho Fish and Game were also responsible for the murder of a Wolf on the 14th of June from the Packer John Pack.
5) Idaho Wildlife Services also murdered a 2 yr old gray female Wolf. The corpse will be shipped to the IDFG Wildlife 'Health' Lab.
6) Idaho Department of Fish and Game on the 14th of June authorized the murder of two Wolves from the Gold Ford Pack.
7) Idaho Department of Fish and Game in conjunction with Wildlife Services both are wanting to murder a Wolf at the Mackay depredation site.
8) Both Idaho FG and Idaho WS are teaming up also to murder a Wolf in Cascade, ID.
9) Wyoming Wildlife Services also want to murder a Wolf in Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming. They also want to murder 2 Wolves in Dubois, WY and Farson WY. And in conjunction with Wind River Reservation want to murder a Wolf near the Crow Heart Butte
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Once again, all the agencies listed above murder Wolves rather than spreading the truth of Non-Lethal Methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching. They could make these methods mandantory and law, but they prefer to murder. They murder in the guise of 'education' which Wolf corpses are used toward the ends of murder in the name of peace.
Even worse is the fact that these murders could have been prevented but the activities of the murderers were suppressed for a month by Ed Bangs, Wolf Murderer.
Below is the contact information of the various agencies that are responsible. Remember in your letters write about the need use and implementation as well as education of Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching.
A) Here is the link and the information within it that tells about these methods and their proven effectiveness and use.
Please take action in response to these murders and to prevent future ones.

Another Conservation Group Supports Murder of Wolves! June 27, 2006 12:02 AM
Another Conservation Group Supports Murder of Wolves!
'Yestrday's good might be tomorrow's evil.' -- The Boss from Metal Gear Solid 3
'Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.' -- H.L. Mencken
The fight for the Wolves and the co-existence between Humans and Wolves is a hard fight. One with heroes and villians, and it is a grueling battle since the Wolves friends are little and their enemies are greater.
Conservation groups by definition are supposed to be protecting wildlife, not selling it out. Claiming to protect a species to later plan it's subjugation, oppression and murder is hypocrisy and defies the very face of what a conservation group should be.
A recent action alert by the Center of Biological Diversity is a disturbing one.
They want to stop the slaughter of Mexican Grey Wolves and cite recent murders by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Which is all fine and good except for one thing. At the end of the action alert, they want a halt of control (murder) programs on Mexican Grey Wolves, until populations are high enough so that is 'acceptable', which the Center claims is 100 Wolves.
This is rather puzzling. If you are saving a species and claiming to do it in good faith just to start control programs later, how are you saving them? A monatorium isn't what is needed, because guaranteed, the USFWS will just pick up where they left off. Murdering Wolves in the name of conservation, same as before.
The idea also of conserving a species long enough to micro-manage and murder it whenever they feel the need is in fact what the USFWS is doing with the Gray Wolf Recovery Program.
And yet the slogan for the Center of Biological Diversity is 'Because Life is Good.' Funny that this constitutes the later implementation of Wolf Murder Programs in the name of conservation.
This hypocrisy is not what is needed. If we are going to ever live with Wolves peacefully we need to put a stop permanently on murder programs on them.
We must set an example here, not one born of hypocrisy. We must be clear and forthright that peace is what is needed, not murder programs. Programs that murder Wolves because Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching practices aren't educated about, or made law to end livestock issues without violence.
1) First of all, we can't allow groups to patronize Wolves. You either want to help them live or you are putting them in a grave. Contact the Center of Biological Diversity in opposition to this hypocritical action alert they have constructed. The only way to help Wolves truly is by getting Wolf Murder Programs stopped permanently. The education and institutionalizing Non-Lethal Methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching is the only way to help stop this war of bloodshed. A war that still claims Wolf lives every week around the U.S. If you aren't in this camp, you are obviously supporting a regime that murders whenever they feel like it.
Their email address is below: center@biologicaldiversity.org
2) Write to the new Secretary of the Interior Dirk Kempthorne, Governors of New Mexico and Arizona in addition to their Congressmen/women and Senators in opposition to the continued murders of Mexican Gray Wolves. And ask for the halting of such murderous methods in exchange for peaceful methods to get Humans to live with Wolves peacefully. Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices and their implementation would also help halt this situation from continuing since nearly all the murders are because of livestock issues that could have been prevented peacefully by the USFWS. Methods that are denied even by some conservation groups.

Help stop the Mexican wolf slaughter!
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is destroying yet another family of Mexican gray wolves – even though the agency has identified the species as the most endangered mammal in North America. The male of the recently released Nantac Pack was just shot and killed, and the female is being hunted down right now. Both members of this pack were survivors of past predator control actions.
In 1996, an environmental analysis of the Mexican wolf reintroduction program projected that the population would reach at least 100 animals by the end of this year. However, it is believed there are presently fewer than 40 grown wolves in the wild plus an unknown number of pups born this year.
The federal predator control program wiped out wolves originally, and since reintroduction efforts began in 1998, the program has significantly contributed to the reduction of the census population of Mexican wolves in the wild, from 55 in 2003, to 44 in 2004, to 35 in 2005 – a 20 percent decrease each year.
Within the last month, federal agents killed 11 wolves, including six pups from one pack. A seventh pup was orphaned and likely died of starvation as a result of losing its parents.
Please help us put a stop to this cruel and senseless program! Contact Secretary of the Interior Dirk Kempthorne to request an emergency moratorium on predator control directed against Mexican wolves until the population stabilizes and reaches its demographic goal. Send a copy of your letter to governors Bill Richardson (N.M.) and Janet Napolitano (Ariz.), who can both wield influence through their respective wildlife departments.

Send a letter to the following decision maker(s): Secretary Dirk Kempthorne
Below is the sample letter:
Subject: Stop trapping and shooting Mexican gray wolves
Dear [decision maker name automatically inserted here],
This is to request an emergency moratorium on all predator control targeted against endangered Mexican gray wolves in Arizona and New Mexico. I request that this moratorium stay in effect until the population of Mexican wolves stabilizes and the population objective of at least 100 wolves has been achieved.
Federal predator control has significantly contributed to the reduction of the census population of Mexican wolves in the wild from 55 at the end of 2003, to 44 at the end of 2004, to 35 at the end of 2005 - a 20 percent decline each year.
The Fish and Wildlife Service has known since at least June 2001, at the release of the Mexican Wolf Three-Year Review, that reforms were needed to bring the Mexican wolf program up to much better standards - such as the successful reintroduction of northern Rocky Mountain gray wolves to Yellowstone National Park and central Idaho. For example, the Service does not trap wolves in the northern Rockies simply because they wander outside of their designated recovery area - as it does in the Southwest. And unlike in the Southwest, in the northern Rockies the Service has given itself the flexibility to refuse to carry out predator control against wolves if those wolves prey on domestic animals in a region where attractants - including carcasses of cattle and horses that died of non-wolf causes - have drawn the wolves in. Over the past five years, the Service repeatedly pledged to take imminent action to reform the Mexican wolf reintroduction program's rules, but it has failed to act. We now risk losing these magnificent creatures from the wild once again.
To avoid repeating a tragic history, a moratorium on all predator control activities targeted at Mexican wolves is urgently needed, until the wolf population stabilizes and the goal of at least 100 wolves in the Blue Range Wolf Recovery Area is achieved.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Rain Devitt

USFWS Plans to Murder Mexican Gray Wolf June 20, 2006 11:23 PM
USFWS Plans to Murder Mexican Gray Wolf
The USFWS is going to murder a Wolf that they say is responsible for the deaths of 5 cows in New Mexico, which they could have peacefully have prevented by using non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices.
Especially since they were responsible for the murder of an entire pack after being removed from White Mountain Apache Reservation (at the Reservations behest)
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1) First contact the USFWS of the Mexican Gray Wolf 'Recovery' Program. The Mexican Gray Wolf population is not very high and murder in itself is unethical and unjustified.
Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices have been proven to work, and the USFWS continues to ignore, deny, not use and fails to promote these methods.
Here is the link for contacting the USFWS Mexican Gray Wolf 'Recovery' Program.
2) Contact the new Secretary of the Interior, Dirk Kempthorne. He needs to be made aware of the situation. Wolves do not have to be murdered in livestock issues. They can be prevented without torture or murder. We need murder of Wolves stopped!
3) Contact the New Mexico's Senators and Congressmen/women.
Here is the link for NM government officials. Contact them about this issue and ask for them to halt the murders of Wolves in New Mexico! And the need for proliferation of non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching and their enforcement.

The latest victims to fall to these murderous agencies are below, and how to take action.
1) A Wolf in Wyoming near Crow Heart Butte on the Wind River Reservation has been slated to be murdered by the following parties involving livestock issues:
Wind River Reservation, USFWS Wyoming Wildlife Services
The USFWS and Wyoming Wildlife Services both know that Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching both work and are successful in peacefully preventing livestock depredatiosn from occuring.
I. First contact Mike Jimenez, notorious murderer of Wolves of the USFWS for continuing his efforts to stifle, bury, deny, and educate the merits of Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching. He knows they work and that they should be enforced. His continual negligence causes more Wolves to be murdered.
His email: mike_jimenez@fws.gov
II. Then contact Wyoming Wildlife Services as well. They continue to do Jimenez's work of murder.
Wyoming Wildlife Services State Director 6731 W. Coal Road Casper, WY 82602
Phone: 307-261-5336 FAX: 307-261-5996
III. The tribe who supported this murder order isn't identified, so we will have to make do with contacting the website that promotes tours.
THIS WOLF SHOULDN'T BE MURDERED! NEGLEGIENCE OF NON-LETHAL METHODS AND PREDATOR FRIENDLY RANCHING IS THE REASON WHY THEY SLAUGHTER WOLVES!
(800) 645-6233 or 307-856-7566 PO Box 1449, Riverton, Wyoming 82501 info@wind-river.org
2) A Black Wolf from the Asaroka pack is also slated to be murdered by the Wyoming Wildlife Services. Apparently the Wolf was harrassed away from cattle rather than using Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching. They also gave the landowner a murder permit!
I. Contact Wyoming Wildlife Services at the contact information above protesting this murder order and handing out the latest murder permit and supporting the idea of using Non-Lethal Methods only and the proliferation, enforcement of these methods.
3) Idaho Wildlife Services again is on their quest of murdering another Wolf.
They are trapping a Wolf involved in a sheep incident which once again could have been prevented peacefully using Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching.
I. Contact Idaho Wildlife Services at the contact information below protesting this latest murder order. Wolves do not have to be murdered in livestock issues. And thus these methods could be used to peacefully prevent livestock issues. Only through education, use and enforcing it can these issues stop and Wolves won't be murdered and livestock won't be killed.
Idaho Wildlife Services State Director 9134 Blackeagle Drive Boise, ID 83709
Phone: 208-378-5077 FAX: 208-378-5349
4) Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks in association with Montana Wildlife Services met with landowners in Philipsburg to discuss ways of preventing livestock issues. The murder rule 10j was a subject brought up. Nothing of course mentioned about Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching. That falls up to us to do it.
Go to the website of Philipsburg Montana listed below. Write a message under Contact Us, and leave a message on the Guestbook.
I. We need to emphasize that Wolves have the right to live just as much as any of us and not under the gun. We need to promote Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices, the same practices that are denied, buried, and not used by the Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks in addition to Montana Wildlife Services. These are successful, scientifically proven ways to do that.
Here are newspapers that you can write about all these issues to:
Lastly, contact the murderer Ed Bangs. He continues to write these reports fully well knowing he could prevent the 'control', a euphemism for murder section from being written. He knows about these Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching.
His email is: ed_bangs@fws.gov
PLEASE TAKE ACTION!

PROMOTE NON-LETHAL METHODS AND PREDATOR FRIENDLY RANCHING TO RANCHERS
Organizations plus their contact info are listed.
PLEASE TAKE ACTION. If the USFWS, DNR and APHIS won't promote these successful methods we must do it. For peace between Humans and Wolves.

Wolves do on occassion feed on livestock. But this can peacefully and successfully be prevented through using non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices.
Adrian Wydeven, notorious murderer of Wolves for the Wisconsin DNR has ignored these methods for years and has murdered many Wolves. (http://www.heartofthewolf.org/Murderers.htm)
And now since the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has given murder permits even though Wolves are supposed to be 'protected' under the Endangered Species act, the U.S. Department of Agriculture-Wildlife Services in Wisconsin has murdered 29 Wolves. The article uses the euphemism 'euthanize'.
We need to set the record straight. Wolves do not have to be murdered so people can live with them. Especially in livestock issues. Non-Lethal Methods only and through Predator Friendly Ranching Practices can livestock issues be prevented peacefully and effectively. This is something that the Wisconsin DNR, USFWS, USDA-Wildlife Services don't use, deny and fail to educate the populace about, as well as enforce.
And make sure you include it as a reply to their article, 'State's Wolf Population Shows Moderate Increase'.
Make sure you show the reality that non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching are denied and aren't promoted by the agencies above. Make your letters tailored to that the only way Humans and Wolves can truly live together is through peaceful co-existence. In this case, Wolves can be prevented peacefully from attacking livestock through Predator Friendly Ranching and Non-Lethal Methods. Include the information from the link about about them.
Remember, this is an opportunity to educate the ranching population. Be polite but firm.
2) As this article indicates, the USDA Wildlife Services in Wisconsin has murdered 29 Wolves. We must send letters that oppose this atrocity. We must also send letters that call forth the use, promoting and enforcing of Non-Lethal Methods and Predator Friendly Ranching. Only through the use of these methods can Humans live with Wolves, especially ranchers in particular.
Wisconsin Wildlife Services State Director 732 Lois Drive Sun Prairie, WI 53590
3) Contact the USFWS. They are responsible for the permit that allows for the murder of Wolves in livestock issues despite the fact that the Endangered Species Act is SUPPOSED to protect Wolves. Their permit, their lack of use of Non-Lethal Methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching, as well as it's promotion, enforced use, has caused these victims to be murdered.
Especially since Wisconsin already wants to cull Wolves.
SEND THIS OUT TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN! ONLY THROUGH EDUCATING CAN WE STOP THIS PRECENT OF VIOLENCE, MURDER AND OPPRESSION OF WOLVES!
Mike Wagner -- Director and Founder of Heart of the Wolf Organization, Honor Fallen and Oppressed Wolves -- and Co-Host of KWF Wolf Conservation, Philip Clonas' Save The Wolves Foundation and Web of Life
Since their reports are now weekly, expect alot of casulties to be reported.
1) Idaho Wildlife Services set a trap to murder a Wolf in an altercation with a lamb.
2) The USFWS in Wyoming under command by Mike Jimenez (mike_jimenez@fws.gov) murdered two Wolves of the Carter Mt. Pack in Wyoming.
3) And the Wyoming Wildlife Services is still targeting the Washakie Pack members for termination.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
All these interest groups know that murdering Wolves is wrong. And it doesn't constitute Wolf 'Recovery'. Non Lethal Methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices are proven scientifically to work.
Continued denial, lack of being used, promoted to ranchers, and enforced of use is why they continue to murder these Wolves.

PUBLIC COMMENTS NEEDED ON IDAHO WOLF MANAGEMENT! June 04, 2006 11:23 AM
PUBLIC COMMENTS NEEDED ON IDAHO WOLF MANAGEMENT!
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is having a comment period until July 3rd over the issue of turning over management fully of Wolves over to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
Already the idea is being supported by the murderer Ed Bangs of the USFWS.
Idaho Fish and Game wants control so they can have more 'experts' available, as well as equipment available. Which the USFWS doesn't have and Ed Bangs wants this to happen.
This means more Wolves will be oppressed and murdered in the name of conservation.
The Idaho branch of the USFWS hasn't done very well with Wolf Recovery. Instead of recovery, corpses of Wolves have been the result. Carter Niemeyer who once was in charge is working for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game for the summer.
As a result, if Wolves are turned over to the Idaho Fish and Game, more Wolves are going to be murdered.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1) Contact the USFWS at WesternGrayWolf@fws.gov and oppose the transfer of power to the Idaho Fish and Game. Clearly this is a plot to murder more Wolves in livestock issues rather than peacefully preventing them with non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices.
The reintroduction in Idaho was clearly a failure and will continue to do so as long as Wolves are micromanaged, can't be themselves and slaughtered instead of humans being able to peacefully live with them.
They already are adopting the philosophy of the USFWS with Wolves, oppress and murder them instead of using non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching.
3) For those who don't know, Wolves in the Great Lakes Region are in danger of being delisted. There isn't much time to oppose this! For information about that go here:
Mike Wagner -- Director and Founder of Heart of the Wolf Organization, Honor Fallen and Oppressed Wolves -- and Co-Host of KWF Wolf Conservation and Philip Clonas' Save The Wolves Foundation and Web of Life
The USFWS could have peacefully prevented these problems by using, promoting and enforcing the use of non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices which they know about.

HONOR FALLEN AND OPPRESSED WOLVES
In tradition of the honoring of those in the Armed Forces, I have created a website and a a group dedicated to Wolves throughout time who have been slaughtered and oppressed.
We cannot forget the past and the present suffering of Wolves.
This site has an overview of the War Against the Wolf, and the current suffering Wolves are enduring in the present.

ARCTIC REFUGE IN DANGER! HOUSE APPROVES DRILLING! May 31, 2006 11:43 PM
ARCTIC REFUGE IN DANGER! HOUSE APPROVES DRILLING!
Hi Folks,
The House of the Representatives have decided to vote by large in favor of drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge!
This is a contentious issue that has been going on for along time.
For those who don't know, it is a refuge in Alaska that is home to many creatures. Wolves, Falcons, Polar Bears and other denziens have their homes here.
For years the Bush Administration has wanted to drill this area because it sits on a small amount of oil. With the oil companies ripping off the American public on gas prices, this is another of a long line of excuses to drill the refuge.
Writing a letter at this link will send it to your Senators, Congressmen/women and the President!
Main Points to Use:
1) Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is refuge for wildlife, from Wolves to other creatures and plants. It isn't a place to be dug up for a small amount of oil. Drilling can cause massive damage to this unique ecosystem. It's bad enough that Alaska is already a host to the murdering of Wolves in their aerial kill programs, it's even worse that this sacred place is on the verge of getting torn up over a small amount of oil.
2) Oil for the most part comes from other countries, especially the Middle East. Drilling a small part of land, which has a unique ecosystem will not solve the gas prices issue. Especially since oil companies are involved with the rising prices.
3) Using and researching other types of energy technology can prevent problems like this. Solar Energy, Wind Power, Electric Cars are forms of energy that can work. Even Bio Diesel is being perfected and used which is less harmful to the environment that Gas. As long as oil dependency and corrupt corporations and government agencies go hand in hand, this kind of environmental devastation will not end.

1 MURDERED WOLF, SOON TO BE MORE May 31, 2006 11:43 PM
1 MURDERED WOLF, SOON TO BE MORE
'(Wake me up) Wake me up inside (I can’t wake up) Wake me up inside (Save me) Call my name and save me from the dark (Wake me up) Bid my blood to run (I can’t wake up) Before I come undone (Save me) Save me from the nothing I’ve become'
-- Wake Me Up Inside by Evanescence
The most recent reports of the USFWS point to one murder and more in the future.
1) A Wolf was murdered on private land by a landowner under the 10j regulation near Phillipsburg, MT on the 26th. It's a regulation that in spite of the Endangered Species Act, allows those to murder Wolves in livestock issues.
2) Wyoming Wildlife Services has handed out another murder permit.
This time, the permit is targeting two Wolves from the Washakie Pack. The area is Dubois, WY and the murder permit is being issued to a ranch manager.
Once again, non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching are being ignored. Thus creating more murder and mayhem.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1) The Wolf in Montana shouldn't have been murdered. Non-Lethal Methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices should be educated, implemented and should be the law of ranching so livestock depredations don't have to occur and peaceful means of preventing themcan be done.
2) Wyoming Wildlife Services needs to stop their murderous intentions as well. Murder Permits don't solve livesock issues. Only through the successful use of non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching can things be peacefully resolved not just for this issue but those in the future.

It has been revealed today that the USFWS murdered the Alpha Male, which they claim they made huge efforts to try and capture it.
And then they were responsible for the deaths of those that they did capture. The Alpha female of the pack died.
Another yearling died and six pups that were transported to another facility apparently died. Victoria Fox of the USFWS claims a male Wolf there kiled the six pups in order to protect his own pups. Funny considering it is normal behavior of Wolves to take care of pups even when they don't belong to them, which is a red herring that something is amiss here.
1) First contact the White Apache Council. Tell them what happened here. How this Wolf pack was broken apart and how deaths caused by them and the USFWS could have been prevented easily by the implementation of non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching.
2) Contact the USFWS, and John Morgart. Once again he is responsible for the murder of Wolves and the death of a Wolf pack because of his own negligence. He continues to ignore like much of the USFWS effective non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching. He murdered the Alpha Male because it was easier doing that than the right thing. And he is responsible for the deaths of the rest of that Wolf pack. Adult Wolves also don't kill Wolf Pups and usually adopt them into their packs, so something is amiss.

More Murders of Wolves and More Murder Permits Issued! May 28, 2006 12:12 AM
More Murders of Wolves and More Murder Permits Issued!
There have been murders and murder permits issued more against Wolves. And other hideous news.
Montana Wildlife Services on the 9th of May murdered a Wolf from the Black Canyon Pack and seeks to murder the rest of that pack.
Wyoming Wildlife Services gave a murder permit to a rancher as well recently. In particular WY WS wants to murder Wolves near the area of Big Piney Wyoming.
On the 12th of May the Idaho Department of Fish and Game (who has wasted no time on their own mission to oppress Wolves: http://www.heartofthewolf.org/IdahoTurnover.htm) gave a murder permit for murdering one Wolf in Leadore, ID.
And as the murderer Ed Bangs (ED_BANGS@FWS.GOV) thinks is wonderful, Carter Niemeyer, one of the most notorious Wolf Murderers (http://www.heartofthewolf.org/PMNiemeyer.htm) is now working for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, as a trapper and field biologist for the summer!
WOLVES DON'T HAVE TO BE MURDERED IN LIVESTOCK ISSUES!
Massive proof has already been established that through the use of non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices, livestock depredations without violent or oppressive means is possible.
1) Write to Montana Wildlife Services protesting the murder of the Black Canyon Pack and any other pack for that matter. MT WS needs to be using non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching practices.
Their contact information is:
Montana Wildlife Services State Director P.O. Box 1938 Billings, MT 59103
Phone: 406-657-6464 FAX: 406-657-6110
2) Write to Wyoming Wildlife Services protesting the use of murder permits and tell them that they need to start using non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching.
Wyoming Wildlife Services State Director 6731 W. Coal Road Casper, WY 82602
Phone: 307-261-5336 FAX: 307-261-5996
3) Idaho Fish and Game has murdered one Wolf and now has a Wolf Mass Murderer as their tracker and biologist! Idaho Fish and Game needs to know that murder is wrong and that non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching must be used to peacefully prevent livestock issues. The public around the world was also against their plans to mass murder Wolves this year and obviously any murder is intolerable, unethical and not supported by the public at large.

Thank you Mike for keeping us up to date with all the wolf action alerts.
We must have been thinking along the same lines as I was going to email you and ask you if you'd like to put them all in the one folder so that they could be highlighted with a pin. Will pin this for optimal impact.
Again thank you for all that you do for the wolves.
Since then, an article has come out in Scotsman.com which the Park says they destroyed the pack because they were no longer 'displaying normal behavior.'
They also 'claim' they took the animals welfare under consideration.
They try to claim that survival is ruthless in the Wild between Wolves.
Yet, there are not many recorded cases where Wolves kill one another specifically. It is a very rare occurance.
They make it seem like the Wolves were going senile and losing sanity and preparing to kill one other. Funny how this hasn't been recorded in any major text on Wolves.
As a result the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland justifies murder, and could also slaughter this new pack whenever they think that Wolves behavior is no longer what they 'think' it is.
We cannot allow this new pack to meet the same fate. Excuses, lies and replacing animals when they feel fit through murder must not continue at this zoo!
Please contact all the major players and newspapers and politicians on this link below.
Foward your letters to info@advocatesforanimals.org so that they know that they aren't alone in this fight for Wolf rights.
Thanks to John W. of Care2 for the tip.

Mexican Gray Wolves May Be Murdered! May 22, 2006 8:58 PM
Mexican Gray Wolves May Be Murdered!
"What is man without the beasts? If all the beasts were gone, men would die from a great loneliness of spirit. For whatever happens to the beasts, soon happens to man. All things are connected." -- Chief Seattle, Native American.
Recently the White Apache Tribal Council has given the order of wanting a Mexican Gray Wolf pack removed from their tribal lands.
Apparently it is due to six cattle depredations, 4 possible depredations and a cattle injury this year.
Because of this, the USFWS is now pursuing two options: capture, or murder. The effort is being led by John Morgart, the USFWS Mexican Gray Wolf 'recovery' coordinator.
They did capture two Wolves last month which one died after being transported.
Their goal is to capture the Alpha Female and her new pups.
1) Contact the White Apache Tribal Council. Native Americans in many eyes are considered the paragon of being associated with nature. Ousting a Wolf pack, knowing full well it may be slaughtered paints a negative image and a bad precedence.
This council needs to learn how to successfully once again peacefully live with Wolves.
There are non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices that peacefully prevent livestock depredations without violent or oppressive means.
2) Contact the USFWS, and John Morgart in particular.
This Wolf pack must not be murdered. Non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching can be used to successfully prevent livestock issues without violent or oppressive means. If this Wolf pack is captured, there must not be mishaps like that Wolf who died after being transported to New Mexico! Instead of being hired killers, the USFWS needs to educate the White Mountain Apache Tribal Council on non-lethal methods and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices. This Wolf program should be about recovery, protection, and peaceful co-existence with Wolves, not the elimination of Wolves.
John Morgart has also known about these peaceful methods for more than a year.
Mike Wagner -- Director and Founder of Heart of the Wolf Organization -- and Co-Host of KWF Wolf Conservation and Philip Clonas' Save The Wolves Foundation
The management claimed it was a 'difficult' decision because it had to do with a 'management plan.'
This is not only unethical but something that may be a continued trend. If this Park is willing to murder one pack, what will stop them from doing it to this new one when it wears out it's welcome?
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1) First contact the Highland Wildlife Park (http://www.highlandwildlifepark.org/index.html) and voice your outrage at this atrocity. This pack did not have to be murdered, and this new one shouldn't meet the same fate.
A Park should be promoting conservation, not murder.

Dells Wolf Still Needs Your Help! May 20, 2006 9:51 PM
Dells Wolf Still Needs Your Help!
A recent article has appeared which the Dells Wolf is apparently being spared by the murderous Adrian Wydeven of the Wisconsin DNR.
The Wolf in response to our campaign around the world started by Frank Wendland of W.O.L.F. Sanctuary is planned to be captured and relocated to the Wildlife Science Center in Minnesota. This center is a research facility.
However, this doesn't rule out that Wydeven might murder this Wolf. He may very well still do it.
We need to make sure this Wolf doesn't get murdered still. Since it will be transported to this facility and not to W.O.L.F. Sanctuary we must know what they have in store for it there. This Wolf must not be oppressed or murdered or tested on.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1) Our campaign is working. We need to keep up the emails. We must email Adrian Wydeven and keep the pressure on.
His email is: adrian.wydeven@dnr.state.wi.us
This Wolf must not be murdered, they need to know this and that if it isn't going to be transported to W.O.L.F. Sanctuary, then this Wolf needs to be taken care of at this Science Center and not be tested, tortured, or oppressed at this center. Which is why we need to know what they know what they plan to do with this Wolf once they transport it there.
2) Keep contacting the media in Wisconsin and the political officials there.
3) Remember the Wisconsin DNR recently got permission from the USFWS to start murdering Wolves. Therefore Wolves are in danger in this state of being murdered in livestock issues. The Wisconsin DNR continues to not use, promote, and enforce, Predator Friendly Ranching Practices (http://www.heartofthewolf.org/source.html) This the whole reason why this issue started with the Dells Wolf, because they wanted to murder it in the case of livestock issues rather than using Non-Lethal Methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching Practices to peacefully prevent livestock depredations by Wolves.
4) And Wisconsin DNR wants Wolves delisted in the Great Lakes region so they can cull them eventually. This also needs to be opposed. Wolves must not be delisted in the Great Lakes region and the U.S.
Since only 40 people attended just one of the meetings in Wisconsin we must send a message from around the world that Wolves must not be delisted in the Great Lakes region.
Please take action as soon as possible!
Mike Wagner -- Director and Founder of Heart of the Wolf Organization -- and Co-Host of KWF Wolf Conservation
In a recent article, it has been revealed that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has given the Wisconsin DNR authority to murder Wolves in livestock issues.
This permit has given them what they wanted in their already laid plans to get Wolves delisted. Delisting the Wolves is the next part of their plans to start culling Wolves.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service continues to ignore letters around the world that non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching do work.
It proves once again that Wolves shouldn't be delisted. Since the USFWS and DNRs are only consider murder and oppressing Wolves as the only means to live with them it proves that Wolves shouldn't be delisted.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1) Contact Adrian Wydeven, Signe Holtz of the Wisconsin DNR and the USFWS. They need to stop this crusade that is one of bloodshed and oppression. The continued ignoring of non lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching by these people and groups, will continue this bloody age. They must educate, promote and enforce these methods to ensure peace.
1a) Contact Wisconsin's Senators and Congressmen/women about this issue and tell them about this issue and why this permit shouldn't be allowed and that delisting will be grave threat to the Wolves there. Mention non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching as to why this permit doesn't have to be.
2) Send your comments on the Great Lakes Delisting. Since this issue is directly connected with Wisconsin DNR's plans for slaughter and oppression and the USFWS' involvement in it, we must oppose the delisting and keep the pressure on for non-lethal methods only and Predator Friendly Ranching.
3) Contact your local newspapers and media about this. They need to know what is going on, with Wolves and their continued oppression. Silence only serves the enemy.
