Myself I have been using Flash for 3 years now and as a professional web designer Flash is all I use...I love it's versatlity and what you see is always what you get

Thanx for the invite Shannon!  I am a graphic design student and we just had that class a couple months ago.  I enjoyed it.  I wish I had the program at home so that I can get better at it as I realize this is huge part of the web and ergo bigger/more paychecks if you know web plus flash!

I probably won't contribute a lot until I am able to use this program regularly.  I have theoretical access to it at school -- I say theoretical cuz although I am welcome to the lab & use of the programs at any time when class is not in session, I lack the reasonable time in which to do it.

I mostly have reasonable access to Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

I hope to get the program maybe by the end of next year (fingers crossed)

Flash takes some getting used to...at first I was overwhelmed I just couldn't figure out what the $@&! a movie clip was for but then it all clicked, it is fun, sometimes frustrating lol..but I love it.   [report anonymous abuse]  [ accepted]

I'm surprised and happy to find a Flash-Group here. Thanks to Shannon for setting it up.

I studied Computer Arts/New Media in San Francisco until 2004, and am currently back home working as graphic and interactive designer.
I'm working with Flash for about 4-5 years now and I really like it - sometimes I feel like a pro, other times I waste hours on some basic problem... but maybe that's where you guys can jump in and help.

Great Peter!!!!  I really like the little lines moving, nice touch and I like the way the pictures change, again simplistic but effective.  Overall = A+.  I'm not real good at critique, I try to fish out specifics.  [report anonymous abuse]  [ accepted]

Tho, I'm kinda admiring Shannons work. I really like the look & feel of her logos.
And it would be interesting to see what Samantha does. Anything you care to share?
