HI! Leonor and all Brothers & Sisters from South America from North America! This is a note from our Parent/Mother WIHC group.

Recently I saw a movie by Independent Film-Makers entitled "CRUDE AWAKENING" that was about the PEAK OIL SITUATION, and information was also circulated here in the United States to the effect that the only group of Gasoline Stations that are being supplied by Oil from Venezuala are the "CITCO STATIONS," and that they have a very good program -- I do not have all of the details and do not drive a car -- that makes donations back into good causes, unlike ANY of the other stations here in GAS/HOG AMERICA, with our prices per gallon now going up well over US$3.00/gallon now. Kudos to South America!

Please, for our Mother Site, please weigh into this thread from time to time about what your country and continent are doing about GLOBAL WARMING and the PEAK OIL problems, and anything else of a Global Concern. How are things going in the Rain Forests, from your points of view? What are the things that you would like to share?
