Make sure President Bush doesn't either. The anniversary of the hurricane is around the corner, and the Bush Administration is still dragging its feet.

Experts expect three to four major hurricanes this season -- but the levee system still isn't where it needs to be.

There is still much more work to be do -- creating a "built to last" infrastructure, fixing the levees once and for all, and making sure the most vulnerable have health care.
