Road: This is terrifying information. Increase in acidity in the ocean has already caused the bleaching and death of so many coral reefs. What will this increase in acidity cause in the Arctic Ocean? It must also be happening in the Southern Ocean as well. What will be the results. Probably death to some of the ocean's inhabitants, just like it was death to coral reefs. This information is good to have, but how can we use it? Thank you for blogging about it, however, because we will not be surprised by the next oceanic disaster.

I am personally hoping and praying that this researcher is wrong and has used faulty numbers in his research. Why? At the present rate, our oil use will not peak for another ten years and then it will be too late.. We would have to switch everything over to hydrogen, wind, solar and water power NOW, TODAY... Since that is not realistic and we get about 50% of our energy from coal, which is not going to change much in the next ten years, we can pretty much count on more pollution, more C02, and whatever happens due to that... I all for miracles however. Does ayone have a free energy device that will make all oil using generators obsolete, ready to sell and use in any car, home or boat? I will buy one, assuming it is affordable. Sign me up. It can happen.....
