Public voting ends this Tuesday, May 14th for the "retirement test-drive in Nicaragua" contest.

I am currently in 5th place, out of 20 contestants, which began with over 1000 entries. I need to get into 3rd place to be selected for the next round of the contest. If I can be one of the top three, I am pretty sure that I will win. So I need your help!!

If you haven't voted yet, Please VOTE FOR ME at this link:

All you have to do is click the big "VOTE" button under my video!  NO information is required, just click! The voting is totally anonymous.

You can watch my video, if you want, but don't have to.  You can leave a comment on the page, if you feel inclined.

And most important... FORWARD AND SHARE my link with ALL your friends and groups... I NEED AS MUCH HELP AS I CAN GET!! Every vote is deeply appreciated!

This is HUGELY important to me!! Not so much for the trip to Nicaragua, but for the chance of future work with International Living.  My future plans are to move overseas, then travel to make documentary films (travel, animal/wildlife, adventure).

If I get this chance to spend a month in Nicaragua to make inspiring video reports and a mini documentary, it’s possible that International Living will want to bring me on as a staff writer and/or video blogger.

THAT’S why I want to win this contest... PLEASE HELP ME BY VOTING FOR ME AND SHARING MY LINK!!

Thanks SO much for doing everything you can to help me win this life-changing contest!! I will be your SUPER-FRIEND forever...

in Peace,

Robin Rae S.

{ else }   Blog: Searching for Russia's last snow leopards

What would it be like to drive and trek the remote Altai Mountains in southern Siberia to search for Russia’s last snow leopards? In July 2010 I found out. This is my diary of an amazing trip to survey these beautiful mountains for the rare and elusive cat.
