The article is interesting. I have a question regarding organic white flour. Is organic white flour not good? Or is it just better than regular white flours because it is supposedly grown without pesticides? I am so confused as to what I can call healthy. If I paid attention to all articles regarding all foods (eggs, flour, suger, meats, etc.) I would only be able to eat lettuce and pH balanced water every day.
