Blog: Sen. Graham and the Alito Hearings remove Remove this share

I feel that every media outlet will eventually pick up the story about Sen. Graham joining one of the "moot court" sessions, however, I am not as concerned as some may be. If he says that the conversation they had was not about the hearing then I beleive him. If he was just there as an observer, which appears to the case, I have no problem with it.

In fact the media did not seem to pick up on the tense moments produced by Sen. Graham's questioning of Judge Alito. He asked tough questions about the Geneva Convention and the Convention Against Torture as well as many other war on terror related questions.
