My friends say I'm adventuresome & self-confident as I moved here 26 years ago (for the ethnic, religious, racial, and sexual diversity) but not knowing anyone.
I choose to be considerate by keeping Charmin at home for my guests, returning emails and phone calls within 48 hours, and try to leave the seat down.
I try to drive at the speed limit, am RICH in emotions & willing to talk about his feelings (female side is showing) for 2 hours on the phone in spite of wearing 2 hearing aids yet able to look at problems objectively, and talks for more than a half an hour with his mother weekly & father monthly in France.
My friends say I like everyone on this site am intuitive about what others are feeling & able to see their point of view (valuable in a relationship), a former nanny (or should it be nanno?), GENEROUS with affection (touches in public, likes to cuddle, does little favors w/o being asked), secure in myself (I don't define myself by my job.) Repair the world by buying personal care items on rebate to give to local food banks & FareStart. Vote regularly and contribute to candidates.
I'm a clean-cut Peter Sellers double, grew up in college towns and in a academic family, found out I was Jewish when I was 21, have several close male & female friends that I talk about everything with, did "the Chuppah" *marriage" once, enjoyed it, & look forward to it or a LTR again, politically-impaired (liberal, gave $200 to Dean but like Kucinich), permanently 39 plus 12 or 51, reasonablyy HWP (Weight Watchers lost 45 lbs. so I understand this issue), vertically challenged but emotionally TALL so you can look up to my honesty & humor, used to dye my abundant chest hair that some of you will be allowed to run your fingers through, dislikes TV sports so you'll never be a sports widow, & likes to play matchmaker.
I once was listed in Who's Who in Black Americans and the Ohoyo Directory: 1000 Native American Women but I am neither.
My Philosophy
I try to make the world a better place by buying rebate items from RiteAid, Long's, and Walgreens and donating them to FareStart, a local program that places the homeless in restaurant staff positions; buying computer books for the local library and other non-profits; donating 10% of my income for charitable causes. I recently bought a bench with the slogan "Why be normal?" updside down with my name enscribed on it.
What Gives Me Hope
The number of people donating to liberal candidates, buying fuel efficient cars or bicycles, becoming PCC members, recycling, and buying Chinook Books.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
Extend Medicare to everyone and abolish private health insurance.
