If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would prosecute to the fullest:
Those who participate in "canned hunts".
People who operate puppy mills.
Those that do not protect endangered species.
People who are cruel or abuse animals.
People who chain their dogs.
Those who pollute for greed.
I would make environmental protection and conservation a number one priority.
