Before I begin, please, forgive my mistakes, English is my second foreign language and it is rusty for lack of practice.

What can I say about me? Well, I studied History and passed a post-graduate's degree specializing in benedictine abbeys in the 18th century , then another one in planning and defence of the territory, that's when I discovered an interest in ecology, preservation of the environment, landscape, plants, wild life.

I was about  to move South (looking for a special place) but once I was there, I realized that I was already mourning my friends and my region, my way of life, and I understood that Sunshine isn't everything, that I needed to stay close to my borders, I needed the trips to Germany, to Luxembourg and Belgium, and that my Lorraine culture was part of who I am. That's why now, I'm looking for a big house and big garden but not too far away from Metz, my beloved city.

Once, I'll find that, I have the intention to build a medieval garden of herbs and plants, if I have enough space, I'll also grow my own organic vegetables and fruits. Even if I live in Lorraine, I can grow tomatoes, it take them longer to be mature, that's all. 
 

As for my hobbies, I love to paint on wood
, love walks in the fields and forests, had a dog, but he died last year
, I think I'll adopt another when I'll have settled down. Probably another cairn-terrier or maybe a bigger one, if I could I'd have a Noah's arch with many many animals.

I am -most of the time- a joyous person, always laughing and singing. Oh and oops, I almost forgotten, I am nuts when it comes to SF on tv, trekker and scaper, and Babylon5er lol. Dr Who, too. I know, it doesn't look serious after all I said before, but I cannot help it, I love my sci fi on tv and some other series, like Lost. I just adore the collectibles but you can't find anything in France except for Spiderman or Star Wars, Oh if I had the Tardis, lollllll... I would travel through space and time
 

Haven't found the man of my life, yet, but well, who knows? He may be living manymiles away, and reading my page... Hellooooo man of my life, lollllll...
