I love animals and children. All my life I have rescued and cared for injured animals, keeping some as pets, returning wild ones to their natural habitat. I usually can tell what an animal needs, if it is sick, hungry or lost. I have two grown daughters and three grandsons. I am very family oriented and spend a lot of time with my grandchildren. My oldest grandson has cerebral palsy and I spend several days a week helping care for him. I love to read and always seem to have books around me. Currently I own one dog, three indoor cats and two outdoor cats. I am also feeding four cats who recently just showed up at my house. I am very worried about the world and the way things seem to be going and wish there was more I could do to make changes.
