I see us now
in our love that is precious
I love you more
than when we began

Though our love has
changed as we've grown older
I can still finish your sentences
I know your soul

You are the same sexy man
as the day that I met you
you still melt my heart
and fill my desire

We shared our dreams
our t-shirts
our challenges
our albums
our hopes
then our cds
and mp3s
we share our future
and our fears

The day I met you
the gods knew
and Bessie knew
that we were going to be together

I saw your sexy smile
and that sparkle in your eyes
mmm, and your body, wow
talking all hours of the night
sharing about life
and music
all the things we love
together
