Next to Natural Disasters, Humans are the most destructive force on the planet. Have you ever considered that we, as a race of beings, are solely responsible for the chaos and destruction of this planet and its' inhabitants? 

We eat almost everything that lives on land, in the waters, and in the air, we destroy our environment and we wage war with each other. If it wasn't for all the damage and suffering that we cause there would be no need for Care2.com.

 I am not proud of being human, but I am proud of being a compassionate human. I am proud that I am an individual who chooses not to follow the herd. I honor my intellect, I respect my body, and I follow my heart.

If I was to point out what I considered to be my greatest flaw, it would be that I am much too sensitive to the cruelty of my own race. I hurt too deeply and judge too quickly, and I don't  trust easily.

It is only for the small bit of ego that I allow myself, that I make these posts-to show the world that I am here.

I do not believe in procreation so I have no children. I believe it is selfish to bring life into a world that is too frequently without compassion. I would not subject my child to the things I have seen and experienced. I would not gamble with its' life in that way.

I have been greatly dissapointed by my experience here and most of it has to do with my expectations, which were very high in every category.

I always expected too much.

But whereas the human race has dissapointed me, the animal kingdom has filled me with joy. Their uncorruptable innocense and natural integrity has filled me with wonder. How amazing they all are!

It is because of their qualities that the causes of the animal kingdom are closest to my heart, whether domestic or wild, whether on land, in the sea or in the air.

My love for the animal kingdom and the passion that it fuels, has sustained me through out a very difficult existence on the planet.

As a member of the human race, I endeavor to heal others through
sharing my experiences and insight to assist those in need.

I was raised in violence, cared for my father at home when he suffered with Alzheimer's disease, faced ridicule in school for my weight, pursued a musical and songwriting career, buried two beloved dogs, struggled with corporate abuse as a worker in retail, cared for my mother at home who had renal failure and blindness, struggled through 5 lay offs, suffered a break down and went into therapy for post traumatic stress disorder, buried both parents and moved to a violent neighborhood where I now struggle with a day to day survival on a limited income from disability payments and sing for the elderly who are infirmed.

Like most people, my plans did not work out the way I wanted, but I have made my choices and spent my life putting my family first and now I try to simulate some success in my chosen endeavor by utilizing my online store to display my CD's and my website and the You Tube community  to display my talents.

My presence here, marks my re-entry into the world and I hope an opportunity for a chance to learn and grow along with other members of this community.
