Warm Up Exercise, Stretching, Basic Movement Techniques and

Traditional African Dances and proper movements for different

styles. Dances of Senegal, Mali, Gambia, Congo, Liberia, Guinea,

and more. Guest Instructors, Special Workshops and lots of Culture.

Diluted in the energy. And that dilution in whole is what makes that the soul is part of the whole, part of the universe. That dilute that the secret lives of communion. Sit, open your heart and start listening to your intuition. And only then act. You'll find that the most fabulous way to be free. Who feels, dreams. Who dreams, lives. Who lives, learns.
