I was raised French Roman Catholic. I have good moral fibre, however I don't practice the faith. My beliefs are a somewhat eastern, somewhat Christian, somewhat pagan. I do believe in God. I am very spiritual but in an unconventional way. If you wish me to practice mainstream organized religion, do move on. I believe in treating people with respect and dignity. In doing so, you never ever hurt people. I also believe in not hurting myself or letting myself be hurt. Every person has merits far beyond any list. Lists are far too limiting. Wild Fact About Me	What I think is wild? Well... At 43 years of age, I achieved my Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. An accomplishment I never dreamed of in my younger years. Very wild.
My Philosophy	REGARDING PEOPLE: "We should appreciate and love each other for our differences, not condemn each other because of them." To me, "God's" greatest gift is not the gift of life. It is the gift of free will. The freedom to choose. We as people have to respect each others choices and the right to make those choices, whether or not we agree with the choices that another person makes. That is between them and God. REGARDING ANIMALS & WILDLIFE: Animals should be treated with respect and dignity. We should act in their best interests as we allegedly have the higher intelligence and are in a position to do so. REGARDING OUR PLANET: This is our home. We will never have another. Therefore we should do everything we can to ensure it's continued existence. WAY OF LIFE: Peace, Love, Respect and Acceptance. Applying these in all aspects of life. We are one people on one planet.
What Gives Me Hope	A child's smile, the sun shining, rain, random acts of kindness, laughter, and much more. There is a lot in the world to give us hope.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	I don't want to be an elected official, but if I were: I'ld make the world a better place by starting in our own back yard. We have so many poor people right here at home that are often neglected by governments and neighbours. That is not to trivialize the poor in other countries, nor to say that funding in other countries should be diminished. Just to say people at home need help too. Also, I'ld like to see green spaces created and maintained. I'ld also like to see more campaigning for greener households. I could go on endlessly.
What/who changed my life and why	Ying and Yang. The realization that life is about balance. Striving to achieve that balance and understanding that balance is often swayed.
What Bugs Me	Negativity!, Energy Vampires, Those who hurt others weaker than them, Lack of empathy, Prejudice and Hate, Any one that would hurt an animal, Any one that would hurt another human, Any one that would hurt a woman, Any one that would hurt a child
