Check out the amazing formations that have mysteriously appeared in crop fields , particularly around Stonehenge in the UK.  Some of these formations have been as big as 800 metres in diametre, and yet according to reliable witnesses, seem to have appeared  overnight.  See my pictures - on the right - for beautiful mages, and links to more information.

I am passionate about Macrobiotics which is a way of eating based on what has been our diet for thousands
of years - organic grains, beans, pulses, fruits and vegetables.  It's really a guide to what makes us healthy and centred, to how extreme
foods take us away from that centre, and to how to balance these out.

"The principal food in a macrobiotic diet is whole
grain.  Not whole grain bread or whole grain
noodles (although they are eaten as well), but whole grains.  The actual little grains themselves - intact.  This "wholeness" is essential not only to physical health but also to mental stability and spiritual connectedness.  The energy packed into a little whole grain is so strong that left in hull, undisturbed, it will endure for centuries, even millennia

Wild Fact About Me Ran away from home when I was 15, Went to Glastonbury festival when it was FREE. Attended the last Windsor Peace picnic, when the police broke it up en masse. Stayed on a hash farm in Ketama, Morroco when I was 17. Hitched hiked alone from Manchester to Koln, Germany (when I was 17) - Yep, I was pretty wild. Went to Stonehenge Free Festival, the last time we were actually allowed to touch the stones (was it '75 or '76?)- rock on Syd Rawl.
My Philosophy I despise biggotry, predjudice and injustice, and will always do what I can to oppose them. I believe in role modeling and education AND direct action when it will make a positive difference. Activists are my heros.
What Gives Me Hope Seeing the organic section in Tesco's growing and growing - well it's a start I suppose.
