i cannot bear it - sorry .
This is one more example how
some corrupt people make money - this is a very much visited tourist region but as long as most of them just care about having fun - how can you when 60 000 dogs are starving and sick around you - even though, they are even better off than the ones in those "shelters also called homes but are more like concentration camps, where the owners are also the officials who should be responsible for the controlling of them and anybody can be the owner of such "animal shelters".
