4 eggs 1/4 tsp salt 2 c powdered sugar 2 c flour 2 c milk 1/2 c melted butter
Whisk eggs and salt, gradually adding powdered sugar alternatetly with milk. Beat in melted butter until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 min-2hr. After refrigerate, add in flour and mix. Cook on a griddle or upsidedown crepe griddle. Makes 30-35 crepes, serve with fruit, jelly, chocolate, etc.
