I love all things connected to nature. Nature is the simplest form and most common form of beauty known. I have a passion for travel. Exploring the world with a sense of discovery and wonder! I've been all over the U.S. from Cape Cod Massachusetts, Atlantic City, Ocean City Maryland, Virgina, sailed on beautiful Lake Michigan, even lived in Scranton, Pennsylvania for a short while. Eventually moving back west, I was always a Cali girl! My parents moved us here in hopes of the "CALIFORNIA DREAM" I remember my Dad taking up the hobby of gold panning, I was only 6 wadding in the river and catching newts I was so amazed by them remember it like it was yesterday.  As I saw more of this Golden State the coast quickly became my favorite awe inspiring place with it's dramatic bluffs and rocky shorelines. In late winter or early spring to see gray whales  as they migrate. Further north takes my breath away, with  classic views of sea stacks rising above the crashing waves. I'm drawn to anything related to water; bays, rivers, streams, creeks and of course oceans. Time slips away as I wade in the surf, explore some tide pools, or sit on beach  to scan the ocean for a whale spray. I've always felt in my element when near the sea. I live for the beach and all it's wonder, I just soak up it's magical energy as I stand on the beach with my feet sinking into the sand...Ah it's good to be home!

My inspirations: friends, people waking and seeing their own light, and the beauty of nature. I try to be a human "being" not a human "doing". I'm dedicated to making a difference as I've become deeply involved with the protection of our oceans and it's marine life. Each year I take part in Coastal Cleanup. California leads the nation in environmental awareness; this holds true for environmental volunteerism, as well. In 2007, more than 60,000 volunteers worked together to collect more than 900,000 pounds of trash and recyclables from our beaches, lakes, and waterways.
