Hello! My name is Noel Flippen and I go to Willow Glen High School and am currently in the ninth grade. love to dance and volunteer. I ave maintained a steady 3.0 or 3.0+ my whole life. If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	I'm not sure, there are so many things that should change in our country and others as well but aren't being taken care of. I wouldn't know exactly where to start unless, I thought about it for a loooong time!
What/who changed my life and why	My grandma changed my life, she did this by taking me in and giving me a home, food, shelter, clothing and love; that is all I needed but, she has also given me most all the extras too! I am so thankful that sh eis in my life.
