My Story:

Because of the sexaul abuse I went through as a child I learned to daydream, Mum didn’t approve of it but it was my outlet.

As an adult, this played a real big part in my life.

I would read books some were so sad that they would affect me so much I would get so depressed by them. Other’s I would end up daydreaming for fantasing.

Anyway in 1965 I see it now as the call of God on my life, then I saw God as a means of fulfillment re-marriage.

Years later I realized the personal side of marriage caused such a disturbance in me that I couldn’t face it, talk even about sex.

But it was also during this early period of my life with Jesus Christ, and God, I started imagining , seeing things, visions etc. It is only years later that I fully understand what it was, Psycosis.

From 1965 to 1978 life was so much up and down, so much confusion and turmoil and I had neck and back trouble, my doctor sent me off to a Specialist who decided I needed manipulation done under General A. Which was eventually done and I was out of work from then practically until 1984 when I started working at Good Samaritan’s Sheltered Work Shop.

But the whole period between 1978 right up to 1987 I daydreamed, fantisised all that time. I saw mankind as a dark, cruel and evil and wanted nothing to do with them.

Over the years I know God called me and I knew the third time this was it, it was time for me to go back to church to deal with my emotions. Except that isn’t what I did, I became to spiritual for my own good. seeing visions etc. In the end I even believed I was like the virgin Mary, pregnant etc. I was so out of touch with reality that my twin sister when I went to our church which wasn’t frequently at this time.

By the way my twin sister received Jesus during this period too.

Anyway when I got to church when the service was finished and I was with some friends she came and said Pastor wanted to see me and I had no say in the matter and when she had me before him she left me with him alone. I won’t repeat what was said, sufficient to say I ended up having a breakdown and that was when I went onto the Efexor XP when I shared most of it with my doctor. That was in Sept. 1998.
