If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by make enough shelters for animals...why? because one day my mother called the animal shelter and ask to come and pick up a dog that was roaming the neighborhood. guess what he said? "we can pick him up but if nobody wants him in 3 days, we have to kill him" i hate to see dogs without food or water; that is in a bad circumstance
