If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	I would change the Arco program, into a program that gave mentally handicapped a chance to learn to use computers,or to find artistic ablity, and I would try to end the forced work programs,creating educational programs.
What/who changed my life and why	Realizing there are people who have no one to speak for them ,such as those with mental handicapped,or unborn babies.
