Wild Fact About Me
My Philosophy
What Gives Me Hope When I see worn ground under a swing set I gain a little hope because it makes me think of a child who was hopefully there enjoying their youth; quite possibly dreaming of a bright and exciting future. It would be great if I could do even something small to help make that possible for the future generations.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
What/who changed my life and why
What Bugs Me people who pray but do not take action, People who see but prefer to be blind, Any one that would hurt an animal, Any one that would hurt a child
Passions Helping others any way i can, writing, reading, peace, making a difference, learning, children, animals, books
Inspirations worn dirt under swings, Kindness in the face of hate, good people, animals
What Scares Me Less humanity with increasing technology, The moral direction of our society!
  Favorites
Role Models My Grandma whom I miss, Mahatma Gandhi, children are the most powerful teachers
Quotation “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. You're playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.“ ~ Nelson Mandela, Former President Of South Africa.
