If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	The first thing I would do to make the world better would be to make all welfare women get drug tested and get sterlized after the 1st child, to stop the cycle of ignorance and more unloved children being born, who grow up to be unloved adults who don't seek help and don't contribute to our society in a positive way.
What/who changed my life and why	Hitting bottom and realizing I had no clue how ill I was, or that I was even ill.
