If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would legalize pot. The planet would be much greener. People would be calmer. Then, I would have every prison & detention center hook up with all of the shelters. Every prisoner gets a pet or 2. It would ease up on our over crowded animal shelters & it has also been proved that animals calms the prisoners... everyone wins
