If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by End the War, fund Scientist's to create Technologies to clean up the planet, feed all people, end poverty and provide Education via the Internet to every human on the planet. Create a planet that provides free shelter and food, so that we can utilize our Physical and Mental energies to solve our impending overpopulation dilemma. Space Travel, terraforming, long-life,...the Universe has so much to offer and yet we fight on this here rock called Earth.
